Clearly labelled

Very friendly service. Nice pub atmosphere. There is a vegetarian/vegan section on the menu. It’s not huge but vegan options were clearly labelled. I had the vegan Parma which was very nice.

Great Pub

I've been to the Vic countless times since moving to Woodend and a few times before when living in other areas in the Macedon Ranges.
Great service, good vibes and a few vegan options on the menu. They change the menu a couple of times a year which is great. I've had the Parma, the pizza, the burger, the pie you name it. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Pros: Variety, Delish, Dog friendly courtyard

Cons: Can be busy

Specific vegan/vegetarian menu.....

Really nice looking place, big meals, outdoor seating area is lovely. Service staff were friendly. It was super busy because of a special twilight trading night, so the wait anticipated was fine. When I did get my meal, I had ordered the vegan pizza.... and at first glance I thought if that’s melted vegan cheese, that’s amazing....hmmm.... nope it was smothered in mozzarella and goats cheese, I still feel sick. The wait staff were friendly, and she did her best to Re-accommodate, turns out the kitchen was out of vegan cheese so just thought to put cow and goat cheese on it, that’s the very poor part. It was cooked again, no cheese, but it was dry and horrible. I couldn’t eat my meal. It was $22 for a very very bland dry pizza that was over an hours wait. We also ordered a side of pub style chips, they had no salt at all, and were undercooked. A shame really because their menu seemed promising.

Cons: Kitchen don’t understand vegan very well , Expensive for bland food
