Vegan Jackfruit Tacos (pulled “pork” - Edit
We got the vegan jackfruit tacos with the spicy mango sauce and they were EXCELLENT! 100% vegan and the spicy mango sauce comes on the side, so you can pour on however much you like! Even if you don’t like spicy things, it’s worth a try! It was delicious! Tacos served on one corn tortilla each. Servers were very friendly, and the cafe was clean, welcoming environment! Overall, for a vegan in Hawaii I loved the VIBE! Side note: dish comes with 3 tacos but they were so delicious I ate one before taking a picture! 😂

The reviews were so hit or miss on Happy Cow that I almost didn’t stop here, but since it was on the way to the airport, I decided to chance it on my last day on the island. We had the Get Nuts toast and vegan loco moco- both were yummy, but the vegan loco moco blew me out of the water! The staff was attentive and helpful, the ambiance of the cafe is super cute and trendy, just all in all, one of my best experiences on the Big Island.

Good spot for a junk-food vegan. The fake-n kinda freaked me out ngl and the food tasted very non-vegan which is strange for a vegan, but probably great for someone looking to make the switch. However, I only tried the breakfast sando. The ingredients were just frozen just egg folds and beyond pattys, but the sauces were really good!! Spendy for a breakfast place, but I’d definitely come again just to grab coffee since it was amazing. The fried rice is pretty bomb.

Hardest bit was choosing what to have. We settled for a burrito and a burger but I heard they're well known for the pulled nachos. Good selection of drinks too- we went with Kava and a Rose latte!

I visited Vibe on a sleepy Sunday morning. Friendly greeting on the way with several customer eating but it overly crowded. There were plenty of enticing options. I went with the mushroom burger and my husband Nutella toast. Both were delicious and we look forward to coming back to try other things.

Because this place had really good reviews, my husband and I made sure to stop by during our trip to Hawaii. I ordered the jackfruit nachos and he ordered the beyond burger with chips. They weren't good at all! We were pretty disappointed bc the price for these items is so high and we wanted to like this fully vegan restaurant. We had a beyond burger at our resort for the same price and it was much more tasty. The nachos were just bleh and I felt pretty sick to my stomach after eating them. The ingredients didnt seem to be quality ingredients. My husband did also order an iced coffee drink and it was really good. Not sure why other people have rated this place so highly.

Stopped here multiple times on our vacation. Incredible options, cute seating and store. The prices are a bit over the top and the servers are also slow to get to you, but hey. It’s Hawaii and where do you have to be anyway?

The poke bowl was good but definitely has the fish factor of a poke bowl. In fact, my partner and I almost couldn’t finish it. So if you like the taste of the sea - this is for you.

Been twice and I love it. From the beet poke bowl to the Fiesta Pizza to the jackfruit nachos to the milkshake to the Philly cheesesteak. I would call this place healthy but it’s undoubtedly delicious.

I wanted to be in love with this place but I found it just meh. The nachos were decent and the wings were not very good. They tasted a little too “wheaty”, and some bites majorly over cooked to the point of being rock hard. I think with some recipe changes they could be great. Over all, this place is worth trying. Just don’t get the wings.

We took the drive from Kailua-Kona to Hilo today and ate at Vibe. The vegan nachos were amazing. The Loco Moco bowl was just meh... "Beef patty" was a Beyond Burger, which is not my favorite. The place was busy and has a lot of great menu options. Definitely worth the visit!

We stopped in around 7 pm after hiking and were greeted with such positive & welcoming energy. I ordered the loco moco (vegan) and was an absolute awe of the flavor profile. Got a dirty chai that the attendant recommended, was not disappointed. There was something for everyone in my family to eat & enjoy! Can’t wait to come back and try something new.

We ate here every day while in Hilo. They can make everything vegan and it’s delicious!! We came back for their pie of the day twice. The owner was amazing with our two kids. Highly recommend to visit here first!

Stopped here in the way through Hilo. Great selection of vegan options and what isn’t vegan can generally be made vegan too. The staff were really helpful in helping us decide what to eat and what can be done vegan too.
