Read moreIt’s a small and charming place with a carefully curated menu focused on organic and healthy products. The person working there was also incredibly warm and welcoming, which I really appreciated.
Sadly, the matcha was not good at all. The quality seemed quite low and it may also have been prepared incorrectly, because it tasted extremely bitter and was difficult to drink. As someone who drinks matcha regularly this was unfortunately a major downside for me.
I also tried the matcha white chocolate croissant. The flavor combination was nice, but it was a little dry and fairly expensive for what it was.
Since the café otherwise has very strong reviews, I’m honestly a bit surprised by my experience and wonder if I may simply have visited on an off day. Still based on this visit alone I unfortunately don’t really see myself returning.

Read moreUnfortunately we were no fans of the waffle, even if I do like “healthier” (tasting) food - the flaxseed used in the dough gave them a little bit of a bitter taste.
My iced coffee was also rather bitter and thin. The affogato was amazing, but with around 7€ for a small glass expensive.
But I appreciate, that the café is into a low waste concept.
The owner(?) was very friendly too.

Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Hier wird mit liebe gearbeitet. Sitzplätze gibt es drinnen und draußen. Ist es draußen kalt wird man mit Decken und Wärmflasche ausgestattet wenn man das möchte. Sweet!
A cozy café in the 'Belgisches-Viertel' in Cologne. There is a wide selection of vegan drinks. Vegan cakes and other delicacies are also on offer. The service was very attentive and friendly. Here everyone work with love. Seating is available inside and outside. If it is cold outside, you will be equipped with blankets and a hot water bottle if you want to. Sweet!

Schön große Getränke Auswahl, auch sehr außergewöhnliche Optionen. Ich finde es mega toll das es auch eine angenehme Glutenfreie Auswahl gibt an "Baked goods". Wirklich sehr nette & sympathische Menschen im Café am Arbeiten, die Getränke kamen sehr zügig an den Tisch gebracht & alles wirklich angenehm.
Read moreAber kleiner Randinformation, dieses Café ist kein All-You-Can-Eat Buffet bei dem für wenig Geld sich Papp-Satt isst, sondern ein Ort an dem der Moment genossen wird. Dementsprechend finde ich die Preise zwar hoch aber noch okay, wenn bedacht wird, wo der Fokus liegt.
