Serves meat, vegan options available. Salad bar restaurant where the furniture is all antique and/or reclaimed. Offers several main dishes and soups, with the main appeal being the made-to-order salad bar. Choose your base of lettuce, quinoa, or pasta; then range of toppings each priced separately; and served in an edible bowl. Sodas, fresh juices, and smoothies for beverages. The flatware is re-useable and the restaurant tries to minimize waste as much as possible. Confirmed closed, Jun 2019.

Au top de la qualité - Edit
Tout est bio et sans gluten, presque pas de soja, plusieurs options végan et une grande majorité de plats vegetariens. Jus de fruits pressés et kéfir.

Vegan food, but nothing special - Edit
I came here for an early lunch, and was a little disappointed. While there is a reasonably large choice of salad items to add to your base (made of rice, lettuce etc.), there is nothing specifically "vegan" - not even beans or tofu; the only vegetarian protein consisted of peas. The salad dressing was alright, but not enough to cover a full salad, and after adding enough items to give it flavour, 9 euros for a small salad was exhorbitant; it's really set up for people taking one of their meat choices rather than a range of olives, sundried tomatoes etc.
Read moreAs a place with vegan options in the middle of Paris it might be worth visiting if you can't find anywhere else open nearby, but there better and more interesting options for vegans in this area.
Pros: Vegan options, Can make salad to suit your tastes, Environmentally friendly (except for the meat)
Cons: No real vegan protein options, Expensive

What a great lunch spot! - Edit
I love this place! It does it's very best to be as eco-friendly as possible, but this being Paris, a restaurant almost have to have meat on the menu (sad to say!) The salad bar is huge and you basically choose a base of pasta, quinoa or lettuce, then choose the toppings (you are charged per topping). There are also several 'plates of the day' offered each day, as well as juices and desserts. If I had to classify this, I would say high-end, fancy fast food. (i.e. no table service.) The back of their menu shows another location at 1, rue Saint-Marc, 75002 Paris.
