Food was mostly cold. Selection was okay. Food very underwhelming in general. Felt like I was in jail eating off a tray. Waste of money.

Amazing vegan buffet - Edit
During lunch time ours this is an all you can eat vegan buffet. Every day they offer different dishea. Vegie Tribe donates 10% of their profits to animal sanctuaries. Food is delicious and there are a lot of options.

We really wanted to love this place as we like the concept and we had read the great reviews. Sadly we were underwhelmed, the food was a bit bland and runny.

Brilliant fully vegan buffet! - Edit
This is an amazing, fully vegan buffet. They have a fully stocked bar as well with vegan alcoholic drinks! They change their menu everyday and have their full, daily menus up on their website so you can check out what food will be available that day. They serve a wide selection of food that is really tasty! I would recommend going hungry to this place as you will easily get to the ‘all you can eat’ option!

Vegan food must be healthy and balanced.
The only good thing was the attention of the waitresses. Very kind and attentive.
I think this place deserves the minimum rating.
Pros: The waitresses are very friendly., Clean bathroom.
Cons: Many of the food options are refined carbohydrates, Unbalanced menu. There are no legumes or seeds., There was no lemon, that allows fixing iron.

I have been to Vegie Tribe several times and I know there are curries with legumes (chickpeas, beans, lentils), healthy salads and veggies.
Read moreI don't think there are many refined carbs and anyway you can choose whatever suits you in the buffet, don't have to pick "unhealthy" food.
I think this review it's pretty unfair for a place commited to avoid animal cruelty which provides a huge range of food.

Its on Lt La Trobe basically a laneway off Swanston (get off at State Library)
Food wise, there's a good selection. Curries, lasagna, salads, fried stuff. Its not a bad selection.
My only thing is the whole ALl you can eat and by weight arrangement.
The all you can eat is worth it, the weight no. I reckon its better if they go by the number of dishes instead. But really, just do the all you can eat. It's simpler.
Hopefully they'll grow even bigger so there's even more dishes. Right now, it's pretty good.

How dangerous! All you can eat yummy vegan food that is varied and can satisfy any craving you may have. $28.00 for the buffet or $8.00 for one big serving of food. Enjoyed myself thoroughly...maybe too much!

Sooo delicious. There were so many options and you could go back as many times as you wanted. Had both sweet and savoury options. You also got a free drink, including wine/beer! I got some ice cream after and it tasted so creamy and stretchy, like genuine gelato. The beautiful people who worked there checked up on us and asked if we enjoyed the food. 10/10 would go back!

We celebrated our daughter's 16th birthday there amongst other events in the city & the birthday girl, all her friends & both my husband & I were super impressed with the set up, food quality & service! We returned today for lunch before an appointment & met the owner Kamahl, what a nice, genuine guy as are all his staff! I loved the concept of a fully vegan buffet. Great idea! The food was delicious with a lot of options and a different menu every day. 😃 The staff was super nice and very helpful and they are doing a great job spreading veganism! 100% recommended, a must-go place in Brisbane. 💚 Loved it!

If you want to try some of everything, I recommend the “all you can eat” option. Totally worth it! ☺️ If not, and you have a smaller appetite , go for the $14,5 full plate, you can fit as much as you can in medium size plate. 👍🏻

I loved everything about this place! Great variety of delicious food (the butter chicken was mine and my partner's fave), good price for how much food we had and the little cakes in the window were so decadent. The staff were very nice and helpful too as it was our first time there, and they gave us a sample of the gelato (I would have bought some but I was so full)

Lovely helpful staff. Good choice of seating - I sat at a table for 8 people. So much variety on the buffet - butter 'chicken', Thai yellow curry, pizza, salads, pasta, root veg, cottage pie, olives, Indian bread, Turkish bread, two types of rice, Kung Po 'chicken', tofu with spinach. And then there are desserts!!
