We went here because the pictures looked so good and it seemed to cater for different appetites. The burgers looked quite good, they even have the popular beyond meat patty, but having had burgers too often we went for different choices. The gyros bowl was quite dry (not enough sauce), the gyros was very salty and not crunchy at all. We also had the basil pesto pasta, the pesto tasted bitter and had no roasted pine seeds (as hoped for). It was an ok food experience. At a nice pretty place with outside seating area. Perfect for warm days. Friendly staff. A little expensive though...

I had the Caesar salad that I was super excited to try! I added an extra of seitan pieces which I am so glad I did otherwise it would be mostly lettuce! It lacked a bit of flavor, I even had to put salt in it (which I NEVER do). The selection of wines was good. I would say if you go there try something else than the salad!

I had the steak bowl and Sachertorte for dessert. The seitan steak was very good, the quinotto was a nice addition but could have used just a bit more flavor. The Sachertorte was great. My brother had the cheeseburger and rates it also 4/5 stars. The fries were very good imo, but I’m a bit confused that they didn’t come with any ketchup or dips.

Wir waren heute dort essen und es hat exzellent geschmeckt ! Alle Zutaten waren frisch und die Gerichte wurden schön angerichtet. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich ! Wir kamen als kleine Familie und ich kann es allen nur weiterempfehlen. Hochsitz und Anfragen an das Personal (unser Kind wollte eine Erdbeere essen) wurden freundlich angenommen und erfüllt !

My favorite restaurant in Vienna - Edit
Why is Veggiezz my favorite? It is all vegan, has many very different dishes on the menu, and extremely fast service. For me this is a restaurant where I go when I want to have a nice dinner with a friend or to go on a date.

Had the Delight burger, sweet potato fries, mixed salad and lemon thyme lemonade. All so VERY good! The delight burger had orange mustard, a crispy patty, bean sprouts, cucumbers...! The sweet potato fries were inexplicably SWEET! The salad had a delicious vinaigrette. And the soda was not too tart, not too sweet! Perfect dinner after a 3 hour bike tour!!!

We ordered the Brasil black bean Wrap and the Gyros Wrap. The Brasil back bean Wrap was just the right mixture of neutral and spicy with fresh cut tomatoes, spicy tomato sauce, juicy jalapeños and scrumptious pea protein. Made to perfection and absolutely delectable. The Gyros Wrap was so authentic to Greek cuisine that it was difficult to distinguish from the real thing. The tzatziki sauce was perfect and the combination of red onion rings with spinach complimented the Wrap very nicely! Highly recommend the latter.

We both were very satisfied with the speed of service. We read that service would be slower in Austria but not here. The waiter was friendly and quick to attend to our needs.
Atmosphere****
It was a cozy, dimly-lit, spacious, and welcoming environment. We both felt very comfortable in this restaurant.

Over $10 per Wrap but definitely worth the price!

This is one of the best vegan restaurants I have been to in the world. I loved the quinoa salad and my husband loved his burger with sweet potato fries. Great beer and wine!

Read moreI had the pumpkin quinotto because it's supposed to be one of their best dishes. It was very oily and not very flavorful, unfortunately. The lemonade was really tasty and refreshing, however.
Staff were quite reserved.
Overall, it's an option if you get tired of all the vegan fast food in Vienna, but I think there are better places to try.

Can’t say how many times we ate here, but needless to say, we loved it. Great selections — whether you’re in the mood for comfort food, more health-conscious options, or something more locally inspired. My hubby is gluten free *and* vegan, and they had plenty of selections for him as well which was terrific. I could’ve eaten buckets of their fries, ha. And loooooved the seitan peppered steak, so delicious. Highly recommend this place!

I enjoyed a nice salad an one of their quinottos - like risotto but made from quinoa. Both dishes were really tasty. Staff was nice and attentive. Nothing to complain about, really. It’s more expensive than junk fast food, of course. The atmosphere was cozy and thus much more pleasant than in your average fast food place. And they serve the food on really nice plates or in pans - I liked the food arranging.
