We got the set menu and every piece was so well thought out. It is so nice to go somewhere and be able to try everything on the menu as well! The owner chatted to us and made sure we were having a good time. Couldn’t recommend enough but need to book in advance!

Even though it was a temporary venue, it still felt cozy and welcoming. The sushi was amazing and so creative. I was worried about being vegan in Japan and still getting to experience traditional flavors, but I think they nailed it. Staff super friendly. Macha super delicious 💜

I was nervous to travel to Japan and not be able to eat sushi, but luckily I found this place that serves all vegan sushi! The entire platter was delicious and the chef is friendly and wonderful. I can’t wait to come back on my next trip to Japan! Get a reservation as this is reservation only.

An amazing experience. From the moment you walk in the door, the customer service is beyond anything typical. It feels like a completely different level of care.
Read moreThe restaurant sits right on the corner, making it easy to find and giving it a welcoming presence as you arrive.
There is one option: sushi, miso soup, and green tea. The chef truly creates pieces of art. Each piece of sushi is layered with flavor and texture.
My top pick was the Lotus because it was so earthy and bright — it genuinely made my eyes light up, but in a calm, balanced way. The second WOW moment was the Yakiniku, which had an incredible umami flavor.
Every piece was wonderful, but those two stood out because they were so unique.
This is true traditional sushi, so don’t come here expecting Western-style sushi or rolls covered in sauce. The focus here is vegetable-forward, authentic sushi.
The chef even took time to visit my table and share some of his upcoming plans, which was a thoughtful touch.
The price is absolutely worth the yen, because this is an experience — not just a meal.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to dine here and would gladly return.

Only option was a platter of 10-11 types of vegan sushi with some miso soup and green tea. Service was fantastic. Taste was only so-so and for 40K yen not really worth it for us. I do applaud the effort given how hard it is to find anything other than basic sushi flavors in Tokyo!

Nothing felt forced or scripted. Instead, it was calm, respectful, warm, and sincerely welcoming, making the entire experience feel very special.
Yes, the prices are on the higher end, 4400¥ for a plate of 11 individually crafted sushi, but it was worth every penny! Also included was matcha (which was kindly refilled without even asking), a small appetizer, and miso soup.
I left feeling not just very full, but genuinely happy. Highly recommended.
