What an artist this chef is, as you can see from the photos. It was a prix fixe menu, with 11 kinds of inventive sushi, plus appetizers and yummy miso soup. They are just getting started and need our support! Delicious!
Read moreThe restaurant is not labeled really. Look for a sign on the corner that says “Little Japan.” It is in the ground floor of that hotel.
Then I suggest go to the app called “What Three Words” and it is located at ///jumpy.teaspoons.surface
Be sure to make a reservation from their website otherwise he can’t accept you because the menu is quite complicated. He needs to know that you’re coming in advance.
We also had a moshi dessert for extra that was enjoyable

Absolutely worth the detour - Edit
Very carefully created menu by a staff that clearly cares about their project. The waiter and chefs kindly explained what went behind each nigiri flavour, and how they improved the recipe over time. There are only a dozen seats which creates a very nice atmosphere. The current temporary location is on a tiny street in between houses, making it a nice detour from the mainstream Tokyo sightseeing. Overall, one of my highlights of my trip. Just make sure to go around the corner from where Google Maps leads you to.
