The portions were very generous and only cost about $35 all up and was plenty of good fir 2 people.

This is a great little veggie cafe. Lots of vegan options and clearly labelled. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and great size portions. I've only been in Perth a couple of weeks and already been back a number of times :)

I used to drive here from East Perth on my lunch break but haven’t been in years since I changed jobs and am now much too far. A friend recommended it for dinner on Wednesday and it was so good, I went back with my husband on Thursday!! Delicious food, big portions and friendly service!

Went for the first time to Veggie Mama and loved it - you can choose any combination of hot foods in a bowl and salads on a plate - and no judgement for weird combos!😄There are loads of vegan choices. The tofu coconut curry was my favourite. Really friendly staff. Casual setting and very good prices - about $50 for two of us with huge meals (couldn't finish mine) and two freshly made fruit and veggie juices. Will definitely be going back. They also have takeaway and gluten free options.

Very happy to find this lovely cafe nearby on our stay in Perth, with so many vegan options and so yummy. Staff friendly and helpful, good prices and cute surrounds. One choice is 3 hot foods and 3 salads for $17.50. Also have filos and cakes. Tofu curries 10/10.

so many options here. three of us went for lunch & were pleasantly surprised with the options!! their patties were phenomenal, particularly the mushroom one. definitely worth a try.
Read morethe only criticism & it is by no means to do with their food or service, is the lack of wheelchair access. we had to sit outside for lunch on quite a hot day. i think a small ramp over the step would be fabulous.

Ordered: Green curry and dahl with kale salad. Serving of the curry and dahl looked small at first but considering how filling it is, it’s actually a good portion size.

This place is listed as vegetarian but most of the menu is clearly marked as vegan too. As such, there is a huge variety of vegan options. What I really like about this place though is the sheer amount of mixing and matching that you can do. Can’t decide on what main to order (as was the case with me)? Don’t worry, you can order a combination of up to three mains at no extra cost. This also applies to the salads to a greater extent; they encourage you to combine all the salads though there’s no problem at all if you only want to order one salad to go with your mains.
Green curry was super creamy and flavourful! You could really taste the lemongrass, which for me is a plus. Dahl was less good; lentils were still a little crunchy. Dahl is a food that I’ve grown up eating because of my cultural background and the lentils should have been a little more cooked through. No less flavourful though and overall still a good dish though I would definitely recommend the green curry over it.

My local vegan go-to place. Amazing curries, filos, salads and cakes. I highly recommend you check this place out. Beware although most things are vegan there are a couple of items that are not, although they are clearly marked.

All-vegetarian cafe has a range of salads, unique burger patties (mushroom and walnut, beetroot and bean, sweet potato and polenta etc.) which you can have with salad or in a bun, excellent Filos, hot meals, baked goods and takeaway meals to reheat later. They're open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dishes are marked with e (egg free), d (dairy free) and g (gluten free) which makes it easy to work with dietary requirements. This is one of my favourite places in Perth!

Mama's vegan and vegetarian kitchen is tasty - Edit
As far as vegan and vegetarian restaurants go this place is standard. But locally put, it's a high standard restaurant. The salads are fresh, you can see some creativity with the food, everything is clearly labelled if it contains eggs, dairy or gluten. There is a cool choice of hamburger patties and salads which don't ruin your bank account balance. The price is very fair and portions are satisfying. Very nice and safe place to visit if you go hungry in Perth.

I visit Veggie Mamma frequently as it is close to my house and the food is fantastic. The tofu coconut curry and black pepper tofu are my two favourite dishes. Along with a great selection of salads, they have fresh juices, coffee and desserts.
