Excellent vegan fast food - Edit
Veggie Grill offers a good variety of burgers including ones with Beyond Burger patties. I took the steakhouse burger with vegan cheese and found it excellent. Nothing was missing in this burger. You really have plenty of vegan choices in a diner-like restaurant. Besides, portions were generous for a very decent price. Would recommend it without any doubt!

Veggie Grill never fails to impress. I had the Steakhouse Burger this time and swapped the beyond burger for a veggie burger. The veggie burger was just okay though - it broke apart too easily and the texture was a bit off.

Me and my kids go here a lot. My son orders the wings and I love the Caesar salad. I’ve tried so many things on the menu and have loved them all but I always order the Caesar- that dressing is perfection #Veganuary

First time in California and needed some fuel before getting back on the road. Happy to have found this place, quick and convenient. I ordered off the mass veggies taqueria menu - the food was delicious. Four stars because I ordered a burrito but got a taco.

Glad that it is all vegan but I wish there was healthier/ whole food options that weren’t just salad bowls and oil free meals. The beyond burger is expensive but tastes good, fries are extra but the burger is already more than $10.. I didn’t like the mac n cheese. The broccoli is delicious. The lux burger is good. The taco bowl is good. The cookies and brownies are good. Love the lemonade. The mashed potatoes are good. The crispy chick’n burger is ok.

Deducted a star because both times we visited Carlsbad location, to DINE IN, the cashier tried to give us a single use plastic cup..(they have reusable cups). I’m not sure if the plastic ones are compostable/biodegradable? It just doesn’t make sense to hand on single use cups when customers are dining in. Seems wasteful and expensive....

Went here twice. First time I had the quinoa veg burger on a lettuce wrap since I’m trying to stay away from bread. I ordered a side salad with it and it came with a cucumber tomato relish on top. I ordered it with the house ranch. My uncle ordered their tempura green beans which I ate most of because he didn’t like them and I thought they were delicious! The salad was okay. I wish it had some healthier greens in it like spinach or kale. The burger was awesome! It came with cheeze, pickled onion, lettuce, and vegan mayo. Yum!

Very friendly and encouraging for us new to plant based eating. Loved the vast selection. Incredible carrot cake and grilled peaches with a light citrus frosting over cake.

I loved veggie grill. It was my first time going there and we got corn bisque soup, a burger with fries, a buffalo chiken wrap, and Mac and cheez. So good. This place is all vegan and they have gluten free options. My least favorite item we ordered was the corn soup and fav item was the wrap. I love how fast this place was and the customer service was good too. I will return. I wish SLC, Utah had a veggie grill! It would do so well.

I live on the east coast but when I traveled to California I knew I just had to try this place. I have heard amazing things about veggie grill from everyone who tried it, and it really lived p to my expectations.
Read moreThe food I ordered was spectacular (Santa Fe chick'n Sandwich). Even my parents (who aren't vegan) really enjoyed the food they had.
Staff was very friendly and professional, able to answer any questions asked of them.
The environment was very enjoyable and casual. It was nice to be surrounded by other vegans (as stated on many of their shirts lol).
In all, this was one of my all time favorite vegan places.

We had the Santa Fe Crispy Chicken. The bun was kind of dry with made the whole burger a dry experience for me. My boyfriend was estatic about the food though -and for the whole place.
