Has lost some of the luster. - Edit
I recall visiting Vegenation about 5 years ago and was really excited to return. This last visit came up a little less impressive… very few customers. The Servers were late to work - meaning we needed to wait as well. Seems like some of the powerful positive energy we felt here a few years ago has worn off. Maybe time for a new Menu? New pricing maybe? Don’t lose your vibe!

Tacos! Amazing tacos. They had the healthy version with beautiful collard greens, walnuts filling, and then they had the not so healthy that was fantastic with shiitake mushrooms and fried avocado. We also had the tamales. Many eccentric flavors, and great choices to try.

Yummy all vegan place! - Edit
Found this place through Happy Cow, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Lots of choice and the servers were so friendly - more than happy to explain the menu to us and keep us updated with where our food is. A must visit for vegans and non-vegans, even if just for the desserts!

What a great find in Downtown Vegas! Food was delicious and service was quick! I got the Pamela Anderson raw power tacos, with a chia seed lemonade. My sister, who is not vegan, got the mushroom empanadas and said they were great!

High expectations - Edit
Ordered for delivery and pizza was very small, like a personal size. For the price you'd expect even a small standard size pizza, not a mini single. The meatballs with pasta were hard as a rock, ok let's just say when I tried to cut it with a fork it flew off the plate and onto the floor. Garlic bread was to accompany pasta and it was two dry thin toasted slices of French bread half the size of my palm. Cauliflower wings were soaked/soggy and smashed through the to go container. Food was cold when I got it. Not sure if dining in person would make a difference. Oh and the John salley salad was good and the gnocchi was cold but tasty! Still disappointed as only 2 out of 5 orders were satisfying. Paid way too much for small satisfaction.

Quiet disappointing. - Edit
Venue was fine, service was minimal, and the food really fell short. The volume of the music outside made outdoor seating impossible.
Read moreStared with the bao buns, and the bread was clearly a frozen item. Chicken and waffles were dry, spicy mayo had very little flavor, and again the chicken was clearly a frozen product fried in house. The breakfast burrito did not have beans as listed on the menu, and only one end of the burrito had mushrooms. Potatoes in the burrito were just soggy fries, and the fries that came with the chicken and waffles weren't even hot.
Really wanted to like this place, but the stars were only earned by having a decent interior and a fully vegan menu.
Pros: Fully vegan menu. , Variety of dishes.
Cons: Poor food quality, clearly using frozen items., Service rarely engaged with us.

Best Plant Based Restaurant in Las Vegas! - Edit
Chef Donald brings a new level of expertise to the plant based food scene. I’ve dined in top restaurants around the world prior to being plant-based and this food experience was on par with the best of the best. His connection to the local community is to be admired - sourcing partners and educating youth while incorporating his culinary skills. Wow.

Nice vegan option in the Fremont area - Edit
I've been here twice now and have been generally satisfied with the food and cocktails. It's a nice atmosphere with decent service too. The chicken sandwich is good, as is the mushroom burger. The fries are super thick cut and tasty! They also have some lighter/healthier options on the menu although I have not tried those yet.
Read moreThe portion sizes are HUGE, even for the sides, so it's a good bang for your buck, but just be mindful of how much you order if you plan on hanging out in the area after and don't have a place to store leftovers.
My only complaint was that the chicken pot pie gnocchi was terribly bland, to the point where it almost tasted like pure flour. I was kind of surprised they would even serve something this bad since everything else we've tried so far was quite good. I almost deducted a star for that alone but if you avoid that dish, you will probably have an enjoyable meal.
It's technically not on Fremont, but a quick walk away so it's perfect if you're in the area. Do note however that they close earlier than the restaurants on Fremont itself, so this is unfortunately not the place to go for late-night drunken eats.
Pros: Nice atmosphere, (mostly) good food and drinks, All vegan
Cons: Chicken pot pie gnocchi was awful , Wish it were open late

OMGGGGG it’s sooo good. - Edit
The food is amazing. I had a Chicky Chicky “Chicken “ sandwich that was out of this world!!! The chicken part was crispy on the outside and actually had a chewing texture that was VERY good!! The sandwich had a combination of a green goddess dressing and buffalo sauce with these amazing fries! I usually take a to go box but I KILLED it yo!!! I. WILL BE BACK!!!

Had lunch there - Edit
Large portions. I shared the Chicken And Waffles and the Mac and Cheese Burger with my Boyfriend. Large portions of Fries. The Waffles were kind of dry, but okay with the maple syrup we got with the meal. Though I don’t know if they are always like this, as we got them after asking especially for them, as they usually don’t serve breakfast items for lunch/dinner. We were lucky that they had waffles left and were so accommodating to serve them to us. The chicken was unbelievably tasty! The Burger was delicious as well.

A nice selection in the menu, got starters empanadas mushrooms. Tasted great but felt there were a bit smalls, had tacos as main, portion was generous, tasted good. I would not say it’s the best vegan flavours in town but worth a try if you stay around.

Quite possibly the best vegan restaurant I’ve been to. - Edit
We were in Vegas for a long weekend and were looking for some healthier options while at the Fremont Experience. This place definitely fit the bill. We had the Hum Bao appetizer, Elote Tamale, Jamaica Hibiscus punch Matcha Lavender Tea, Mac Daddy Burger, Eggplant Stack, Taco Time, the Brownie Sundae and the Chocolate Lava cake. Every single item was delicious! No disappointments. The Tamale does have a little spice to it, so if you have an aversion to spice, steer away from that.

Great food! - Edit
We love this place… We ate dinner here last night and ordered the chicken finger appetizer, chicken sandwich, and a sundae … Well of course as usual everything was delicious! However my only complaint is the hours… We barely made it before closing and I wish their hours were a little later.

We are frequent visitors to VegeNation and thoroughly enjoyed the food . We had breakfast here again this past week and the service was surprisingly disappointing! Our server infrequently came to check on us to see if we needed anything during our meal. We had to request condiments from other staff as well as asking the owner to check us out. When our server returned with the condiment we had requested for another waiter she replied “is there anything ‘I’ can get for you?” I looked at my husband and asked “ did you did she just say that?”His response was “ you got that too, huh?”
