Colored burgers - Edit
The place looks very similar to a regular fast-food chain. I like the options for colored buns and selection of side dishes. The burgers are not too oily, but unfortunately do not have much taste either.
Read morePros: Nicely colored buns, Not too oily, Fairly priced
Cons: No whole grain options, Too little spices used for the burgers

not even worth reviewing... - Edit
Seeing the colorful burgers I was looking forward to visit and try them. I was able to eat the burger but it definitely scores very low compared to any other vegan burger I had. I assume the fault was not only the food itself but the lousy preparation. Bread was the opposite of toasted, it was not even room temperature, it was cold! The patty was lukewarm and falling apart. I usually order a second burger but in this case I decided to try my luck with the desserts. Pasteis de nata was very good and recommended if you want to try a vegan version. The brownie was chewy and did not taste of much. In my personal opinion it is not easy to ruin something as simple as a burger or brownie, they managed to do both.

NOPE DONT DO IT - Edit
Honestly I was really hesitant about going here from the reviews but thought I’d try. Big mistake. Couple bites in and felt sick. Tasted bad. Fries are just chips. I drank the beer and paid for that but didn’t pay for the burger. I love burgers and this was incredibly disappointing. Maybe instead of trying to have all those crazy combinations just make one good burger.

Would have completely missed this restaurant if it weren't for maps. Tucked away which was nice.
Read moreWe had lovely service and the food was super cheap (approx £6.95 for burger and 2 sides) We ordered 3 burgers and they all fell short of tasty. The buns were dry and the patties didn't have much flavour. Which we were sad about because they sounded super yummy. For dessert we had the chocolate mousse which was sooooo good and worth the £1.50 ! It's small but so rich and sweet it's all you need. If it hadn't been for the lovely service I wouldn't have enjoyed the whole experience. I hope they improve on the flavour because it was super nice to go to a full vegan restaurant.
Pros: 100% vegan menu, really cheap , great chocolate mousse
Cons: not much flavour , drinks were limited , sides were limited

Great burgers and service! - Edit
Really nice restaurant, service & kind personnel. The only small point of improvement would be the location. It was a little bit confusing to find the restaurant. But besides that, was everything really great! Totally would recommend it😄

Good price, good food - Edit
I was here june ‘17, the burgers were delicious, and also a reasonable price for a vegan burger. I like that they’re made with pure ingredients, so no additives and easy to digest.

Good burgers. Great desserts. - Edit
Very friendly staff. Burgers are tasty but be prepared that patties are relatively soft in texture. The colored bread is funny. First time my daughter ate a burger properly. Try the Pastry de Nata. Very delicious and looks like the original ones.

OK burgers but relatively good pasteis de nata - Edit
Vegana Burgers offers different burgers and some pastries including the vegan version of the famous pasteis de nata. The burgers were a bit dry and bland. Even if they are not completely without interest, they are not the best you can have in Lisbon. On the contrary, the pasteis de nata are good and prices are not too high. The staff is friendly but the place still needs to find a soul and good vibes. The decoration is minimal and not very welcoming. On the whole, you can try it if you are in the area but it is not worth to cross the whole city for it.

I didn't like it very much. The burger was nothing special (and a little small), the French fries were chips. But people were nice.

Reasonable vegan eats - Edit
Burgers filled us up without feeling heavy. We quite enjoyed them, side salad was simple but tasty, sweet potato crisps were great! Around €8 for a burger, side & drink. We visited at 3pm on a weekday and were pretty much the only customers. They were very friendly and explained the menu to us, food arrived quickly too.

Terrible Veg Burgers - Edit
Recently visited Lisbon on vacation. I saw the reviews for Vegana were not great, however I was in the Cais do Sodre area and the adjacent Time Out Market did not offer any veg options so took a chance on Vegana. Wish I didn't. We ordered 3 different types of burgers and they were all terrible. Took a long time to get the burgers and they were cold! Easily the worst veg burger I have ever had (and I have had a lot!). Service was pleasant so that deserves 1 star, however this place really does not deserve anything more.

Disappointing - Edit
Food tastes alright, but is very loveless... Cold burger buns, patty = mash, "chips" = crisps, half the menu not available.

Nice and clean - Edit
This is a good place if you're looking for a fast and simple burger with crips, with good friends or to take away. The place is nice and bright but impersonal. My burger was a bit bland (I think I was looking for something tastier and fat!) The staff was very friendly and patient and prices are fare.

Nice clean vegan burger cafe - Edit
There is a nice selection of vegan burgers and desserts. We had the sweet potato and beans burger as well as the mushrooms and bean burger. The burgers are served with a small drink and a side dish and costs €7 - €8.
Read moreIt seems that what they call 'homemade fries' at this cafe, here in the UK we call hand-cooked crisps .
The burgers themselves were quite soft ie both bun and patty were soft whereas I would have preferred something a bit chewy.
Had a small custard tart for dessert - not sure if this is normally on the menu, but as custard tarts seem to be a Portuguese speciality it was great to have the opportunity to have a vegan one while in Lisbon
Pros: Custard tart, great place for a quick meal

Great in a pinch - Edit
I’d already been told by a vegan local to skip this place but my friends wanted to go to the Time Out market and this is just outside around the corner and was a nice, quick option so I could get something to take away and join my friends at the market. The food itself was kind of bland. I got the beetroot burger and the cous cous. But it was pretty well priced since the burger came with a side and a drink.

Reasonably good burgers - Edit
Considering Lisbon has many places to get your vegan sandwiches, this place is a bit on the short side. The burger size is big, it comes with chips and it's a fair price since it's a turistic area, however it's a little bit bland. They offer also feijoada, which is a bit expensive for the portion they serve and as well not super tasty. The staff is very friendly.

Small but interesting selection of burgers. Not the absolute best vegan burger I ever had, but well worth the price given that it includes a side and a beverage. The beetroot bun makes for a colorful plate :)
