Reasonably good burgers - Edit

Considering Lisbon has many places to get your vegan sandwiches, this place is a bit on the short side. The burger size is big, it comes with chips and it's a fair price since it's a turistic area, however it's a little bit bland. They offer also feijoada, which is a bit expensive for the portion they serve and as well not super tasty. The staff is very friendly.

Tasty burger, friendly service - Edit

Solid vegan burger. Tasty and good variety. Portion size good. Reasonable priced (burger, chips, drink, chocolate mouse was 10 €). Very friendly service, typical Portuguese friendliness which makes you feel home. The restaurant is a good option in the city.

Pros: Very, very friendly service

Cons: Difficult to find, I almost left because I couldn'

Very cheap and very good burgers. - Edit

They are really friendly. Food was delicious. Two vegan burgers with potato chips and sweet potato chips (they doing this chips alone), and one glass of wine and one fresh lemon juice I paid 16,55€! It is ridiculous cheap.

Pros: Friendly people, good cheap food.

Cons: It's inside building, a little bit difficult to fi

Solid vegan burgers - Edit

Small but interesting selection of burgers. Not the absolute best vegan burger I ever had, but well worth the price given that it includes a side and a beverage. The beetroot bun makes for a colorful plate :)

Very hard to find even though there's a sign, since the door looks like a normal building door which takes you to a courtyard where the real front is.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros: Interesting selection, Fries and drink included in price, Friendly staff

Cons: Hard to find at first

OK place to have a burger - Edit

This place is really difficult to find. There is only a small sign and then you have to go trough some building to get to this restaurant. Variety of burgers is interesting, with some seasonal specialities. Burgers are tasty, definetely above average. Portions are rather small, we were still hungry after leaving this place.

Pros: Good burgers

Cons: Difficult to find this place, Portions are small

It's vegan but fast food so don't expect great quality or freshness - Edit

I was disappointed with the whole experience. The food was not so warm, the burger was soggy, the mushroom topping not freshly made and the sweet potato crisps were oily.  I was expecting better food for 8.10€.
Althought is good to have a vegan alternative available, fortunately there many options around Lisbon so I will think twice before eating here again.
Ps. I went to the one in Monumental- Saldanha.

Great place! - Edit

We just had a burger and some sweet potato fries at this cozy place and it was great!
The manager is a really nice guy, we stayed and talked for a bit longer having already finished eating lunch, just because he made us feel so at home. Great place, would definitely come back here.

Pros: Really nice burger , very friendly staff

Cons: Hard to find from the street, only a small sign

alternative to time out market - Edit

quick and tasty, since there’s no vegan in the time out food court it’s great it’s so close by. one minutes walk. i had the curry burger, couscous and chips and the meal comes with a drink. not overly flavorful but i’m thankful they’re here! super friendly service.

Pros: many burgers to choose from

Cons: kinda cold when i ate it 5 minutes later

Not convincing - Edit

Actually I wanted to give one star, but 2 is apparently the lowest I can give for some reason. The burger came cold and without lettuce. The fries were actually potatoe chips, like a hand full, tasteless like the burger. Sad

A bit disappointing - Edit

There is a big craze over these vegan burgers but they really just feel like a paté in a bun, There's not much difference from one burger to the other. They should step up and work on taste and texture, since they've already created such a good reputation.

decent place, has room to grow - Edit

A delightful little place, tucked away inside a courtyard (you may have to hunt a little for the door, but trust me, it's there). Serves about a half dozen different kinds of burgers; a meal includes a drink and side. All the burgers have a distinct pattie, a specific and interesting kind of bread, and a flavorful topping, and you order from set combinations (rather than mixing them, though I suppose you could ask to mix if you wanted). One advantage to veganism being considered health-conscious is that there is a good range of sides, including a nice serving of broccoli with garlic and olive oil, so you don't have to get fries.

The food itself needs some improving. Several reviewers have complained about them sometimes being soggy, and both times I ate here, the edge of the bun was soggy; I don't know what causes that, and it is a little annoying. Some of the toppings don't quite come together; I would generally try to avoid the ones that have a fruit in them, because the sweet flavor just doesn't go with everything else. So while they're trying very hard, they may be trying rather too hard, and need to dial down the novelty and focus more on form and basic flavor.

Overall, then, the food is definitely in the B- to B range. But the convenience, price, friendly service, and efficiency all make up for that quite a bit. In some other European cities, this place would be to die for. But given that Lisbon has so many veg options these days, it's not indispensable, and they need to improve a bit.

Pros: interesting mixes of flavors, very reasonable price, quick, easy

Cons: flavors can be odd, soggy buns, location a bit tricky to find

Lovely, brightly lit space. Service is friendly and welcoming. The burger price includes a side dish and a drink and starts at 6.50€. They have original flavours for burgers, like beetroot and peanut butter.

Awesome place ! - Edit

This little restaurant has awesome all vegan, organic, eco-friendly and (some) gluten-free burgers that taste amazing. The staff is really nice and the food is extremely affordable (student menu with burger, side and drink for 5.90€). It is a bit difficult to find as it is in a yard inside of a building but the restaurant in itself is quite cosy

Pros: Amazing burgers organic/eco-friendly/gluten-free, Super affordable, Nice staff

Cons: Difficult to find

So delicious! Worth looking for! - Edit

Great variety of burgers, starters, sides and desserts. Had the peanut burger with purple bun and the tomato and rocket salad. Very much enjoyed it. The chef could be more brave with seasoning if he likes.

Staff were very welcoming and the burger has been delivered very quick. Price is adequate. 7,95€ for the burger, 2€ for the salad.

Just one other table was occupied. I think that's because the location is a bit hard to find.

For all looking for it: it's in the backyard through 2 doors. I already updated the marker here at Happy Cow.

Pros: great variety, very delicious, very friendly staff

Cons: a bit hard to find

gourmet experience - Edit

Ask for the English menu. Menus are all translated in English. One review here is wrong. This is a gourmet healthy burger restaurant with English-speaking staff and exotic breads. It's an exquisite experience with the Portuguese friendliness local touch. There is an array of different burger mixtures. It's not the fake meat experience. Come for a gourmet experience. Food was very fresh and flavorful. The chips are deliciously thin-sliced and crunchy. You won't regret coming here.

Pros: gourmet breads and patties , friendly staff, English speaking and menus in English

Cons: Restaurant is hidden. look for the sign inside the

Delicious and good for lunch - Edit

The mushroom burger is fantastic and the chocolatemousse as well. It´s a bit expensive for the amount of food you get. The place itself is a bit too bright, but they have an outside area and it´s lovely to sit there. Staff very friendly and they bring the food quickly. I would rather recommend it for lunch than for dinner! (I think they have a lunch menu which is much cheaper!!!)

Pros: delicious

Cons: a bit expensive (not enough food for dinner)

Nice burgers, nothing special - Edit

We liked our vegan burgers, but were not blown away. Good place to grab a bite, for a reasonable price. The portions are on the smaller side, especially the desserts. Staff is very friendly.

Good burger with sweet potato chips - Edit

It's a simple, moderate priced vegan burger place. The place is located at the courtyard of the block that is not too inviting but it's okay. I had a burger that was great, nice veggie patty with great bum, and they served sweet potatoe chips on the side. The staff is very nice.

Pros: wide selection of tasty burgers, sweet potato fries

Cons: its outdoor seating is not too cozy

Nice burgers - Edit

Many different burger choices, all vegan, with gluten free options as well. I got the lunch menu deal- burger, 1 side, and a drink for €9.50. The mushroom and bean burger on fig bread was very good. Our waitress was really friendly and helpful, and spoke great English. Only downside is the place is hard to find. You have to go through side of building and through a quartyard. Otherwise the restaurant was clean and A.C. was amazing.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Gluten free options, Friendly staff

Cons: Difficult to find

Delicious - Edit

I ordered a bean mushroom burger and a tea. The burger was delicious!! Really tasty. All of the burgers looked really good, and there were a lot of options for gluten-free also. I'd highly recommend this place. Two complaints: It was hot and there was no AC. Also, the place is a bit difficult to find as it isn't a storefront on the street but through a hallway of another building out on the patio.

Pros: Tasty burger, Yummy potatoes

Cons: Not located in obvious spot, Was hot in the restaurant
