Fantastic food & super friendly server! We had the deep fried cauliflower (great) & the beetroot ravioli (FANTASTIC!!). Then sweet potato & chickpeas and the lentil lasagne (both great). Dessert was pavlova (super!) & brownie (ditto). An all round excellent experience!!

I went there with my non-vegan family and we were all extremely satisfied with our meals.
Read moreThe staff was really nice and welcoming and suggested the snack platter as a starter, which was perfect for 3 people. The main courses were perfect as well and we even opted for some delicious deserts.
I also really liked the warm and cozy ambience with a rock-playlist playing in the background.

Good food in Tallin - Edit
Food is pretty delicious but expensive for the portions they serve. Staff is okay but don’t expect them to be nice. Plus you better book it in advance otherwise they will just make you go away. Overall nice place in Tallin.

My family were in Tallinn for 5 days and ended up going to Vegan Restoran V 3 times. We ate many of their dishes and all were delicious! We also tried some nice desserts. The prices are as you’d expect in old town - but it’s oh so worth it. It feels very thought-through, refined and luxurious. We all loved this place and could sit outside in the sun all three times. The beer and smoothie were great as well!

It‘s the oldest vegan restaurant of Estonia and you can definitely see and taste their experience! They serve creative dishes that are beautifully prepared and taste great. The restaurant is located in a historic building in Tallinn‘s old town and has outdoor space as well. Lovely people and a cozy atmosphere included 🫶

Il cibo è ottimo, come la presentazione dei piatti e la cortesia del personale. Noi abbiamo preso i ravioli di barbabietola, che erano buonissimi, lo spiedino di soia, super saporito e un po’ piccante, poi le patatine fritte con tofu e salsa, anche queste molto buone. Una menzione speciale al pane con il “burro alle erbe” … spettacolare!! Poi per concludere abbiamo ordinato un tiramisù, tra i più buoni mai mangiati (anche se con un aroma diverso dal solito!). Sono sempre al completo… bisogna prenotare prima, anche se a noi alla fine ci hanno fatto mangiare lo stesso, trovandoci un posticino! Assolutamente da non perdere a Tallin!

Lucked out with a walk in - you definitely want to make a reservation. The beetroot ravioli is unexpected in presentation but very good and worth getting. Decent wine selection and friendly staff!

One of the best vegan meals I’ve eaten! The vegan fish was delightfully subtle in flavor. I tried a bit of my partner’s dish too, and it was also extremely tasty too. We also bought some Estonian bread and the bread was heavenly! Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant too, and it’s wonderful that this place is fully vegan. Want to visit again when I am in Tallin! We bought the cookbook too.

Read moreI had the Korean-style Mati's chickenless fillet which was one of the absolute best vegan dishes I have ever tried. Highly recommend.
My parter had the Mati's fishless fillet which was equally amazing.
Also we ordered two slices of estonian bread on the side. I had no idea that bread could be so good!
Highly recommend this place to any vegans or non-vegans. I would think the “fish” and “chicken” would fool some carnivores.

Het eten hier is geweldig. Wij hadden de fishless filet en de vegetable-lentil lasagne. Beiden waren hemels, voornamelijk de vis. Volgens mijn vriendin was dit 1 van de lekkerste gerechten ooit een 100%-vegan restaurant. Het smaakt echt 1 op 1 naar vis, echt perfect nagemaakt en dat zonder dierenleed💚 Ik had de lasagne en die was ook mooi in balans met heerlijke witte wijn saus. Als toetje hadden we de tiramisu genomen en die smaakte ook precies zoals die hoort te smaken, hij was zelfs nog lekkerder. De bediening is ook erg vriendelijk en let goed op of alles naar wens is. Ik kan dit restaurant aan iedereen aanraden.
