✨ Lovely ✨ - Edit
So happy to have stumbled upon this small restaurant on a rainy day in Tokyo. The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and very original, the lady serving us was incredibly courteous. This place is a real gem!

Vegan Gyoza 🥟 - Edit
Very cute place! I came for dinnner (it closes at 9pm!!) and it was very pleasant! The food was good there is a fix menu with 19 gyozas! I liked almost all of them and I was definitely full after my meal! Recommend for a cute informal dinner or lunch, especially if you want to take pictures of your food! Also had a good beer!

Top of my list for places to eat again next time I'm in Tokyo - Edit
The biggest problem with this place is that I didn't find it until my last night in Japan, I would have come back many times! Best gyoza (or dumpling of any sort) I've ever had. You eat them without sauce so you can enjoy the unique flavors of the filling. And the woman at the counter was so nice (plus spoke excellent English). This place has inspired me to try and learn to make gyoza at home. Service was fast, price was good. They also give you a little guide with English on it so you know which flavor each color coded gyoza is and can decide your favorite.

Fantastic spot- must visit! - Edit
We had the gyoza set that includes 11 pieces, all meticulously handcrafted and color coded with a legend provided. Flavors like green pepper soy meat, coriander soy meat, and ginger miso soy meat were unexpectedly delicious, though all were excellent. The strawberry iced matcha latte was perfect on a hot day, and they have some excellent craft beer selections!

I love the uniqueness of each gyoza and the flavor bombs that each of them provide. It’s such a taste bud journey. I also appreciate the matcha latte comes in caffeine-free.😄

The best vegan gyoza - Edit
Walked here from Ueno Park, and I’m happy I did! Delightful presentation, delicious gyoza with a lot of variety. They had a a set lunch menu with one of each of the 11 flavors. My favorite was the green onion miso! A bit of a wait for the food to come out.

Best gyoza ever! - Edit
This place truly hits the spot. You can simply taste the love put into these gyoza with every bite. It’s juicy, the filling is is full of flavour and also the wrapper is unique and chewy. It’s simply perfect and I would wish they had it back in the Netherlands. This is a MUST GO when you are going to Tokyo. Also, your non-vegan friends will also be fully satisfied with this meal, I can guarantee. I recommend you to choose the 11 pieces set.

Exceeded expectations - Edit
My friend and I went there for lunch, and I have to admit, their gyoza fillings were so flavorful and simply delicious. You can actually taste the vegetables marinated with great seasonings for each gyoza. We thought we’d still feel hungry even after having 11 different kinds of gyozas but we were full and satisfied.

Best gyoza in Japan, lovely service - Edit
We went to this place twice on our trip and regret not coming more. The first time we went we were in the area. The second time we went we actually got the train from Shibuya out here just for these gyoza.
Read moreIt is a cute place in a lovely area. The lady who runs the place is so lovely and we felt so welcome both times - friendliest service we had in Japan.
It is essentially a gyoza place that does really good drinks too. The cream in the drinks was phenomenal - we got a cold matcha creamy drink and a hot cinnamon drink.
The first time we went we each got the gyoza set where you try one of each eleven flavours. When we returned, we knew which flavours we loved and got those ones specifically. Loved the kim chi gyoza, garlic gyoza, ginger gyoza, and spring onion gyoza especially.

Cute little spot - Edit
Please note, if walking from the Iriya station, the restaurant is in a quiet residential area with lots of small roads/alleys. I got lost waking to the restaurant and back to the station. I wondered if I was in the right area because there were no other restaurants or businesses on the same road.
Read moreAs for the gyoza, get the sampler so you can try them all. The gyoza wrapper was thick and similar to pasta. Also I’m not a sauce person with my gyoza so I didn’t mind, the flavor of the fillings were good on their own.
Pros: Outdoor seating, Friendly service
Cons: Difficult to navigate to location, Similar wrapper colors; couldn’t tell apart

Please visit this place! - Edit
This is one of my favourite places I’ve visited in all of Tokyo. I came alone and had a lovely time. The owner is so wonderful and lovely, she makes all of the gyoza herself and let me tell you, the gyozas are outstanding. I had the set and I loved every size one. I ordered them steamed instead of pan fried. It really comes down to personal preference but my personal favourites were the garlic, the celery and the green pepper. I wish I had more time in Tokyo so I could return and try some of the drinks with another set. It’s really worth a visit even if it is a little out of the way. The owner will make you feel so welcome😄thank you for your wonderful service and food😄
