Good variety of vegan food in a central location

100% vegan canteen with "veganized" traditional polish/European food as well as modern fast food.

Good selection of deserts and drinks including gluten free and fair trade items.

Fast service and good value. Really conveniently placed for a quick but hearty bite to eat in between exploring the old town.

Pros: Quick service canteen style, Good value

One of a kind

Vega offers a good variety of dishes - it almost got it all - breakfast (my fav one is soy ham baguette with aioli), multiple cuisines to choose from and of course veganised Polish food (ground floor) as well as cakes and ice cream.
Prices aren't wild, especially considering the location in the heart of the market square.

Portions are fair, but some dishes could use more seasoning imo.

The place also hosts various events, mostly focused on animals of course
You can even organise a wedding celebration there, in summary it's a truly unique vegan space in Wrocław.

Pros: Vegan, not only plant based place, Aioli sauce 💚, Location

Cons: I'd love it to be open for longer !, Spicy meals aren't spicy for me

Only for deserts

I had a chance to visit Vega with a bigger group (6) which allowed for broader testing. We had pizzas, hummus, soup, pad thais, tofu teriyaki and finished with ice cream and desserts (cake). In general food was below average except for hummus and cakes, which were good

Pros: Hummus, Cakes

Cons: Pizzas, Pad Thai, Tofu Teriyaki

Well considered food

Tasty and well thought out food, very nice setting and not too expensive. Took quite a while but was worth the wait. We had an interpretation of a full English brekky (much healthier) and pizza. Both were quality.

Great concept

You can choose between 12 different meals. They are all different and all we try was delicious.
The price is also amazing for this area :)

Must visit

Came here for breakfast - almost empty in the morning, which is not fair because it is an awesome place! Very generous portions and tasty food, kind service and stylish atmosphere. And it’s in a historical centre! Must visit!

Will be going back

With such an extensive menu there's no good reason not to go more than once.

Highly recommended

Upstairs or on the ground floor: both where very tasty and the Service super friendly.

And the fact, that it is the first vegetarian/vegan restaurant should prompt you to go there. That shows inner conviction and not a trend.

Pros: Good selection, Attitude, Service

The reason we travel to Wroclaw

Once a year we travel from Berlin to Wroclaw, like migrating birds, to feast on the vegan food this city is special for.

Vega is the place we visit the most, the atmosphere is great, the people are nice and the food is incredibly tasty.

If you are in Wroclaw and don't visit Vega, you are missing out.

Pros: Food, Atmosphere , Prices

Awesome

The food was great, the prices were really decent & the place is centrally located, so a win on all fronts. We had the Kahoona burger (something totally different to me & my nails are still a little stained from the pineapple mayo but great nonetheless) as well as the fried oyster mushrooms (the dips with that one were phenomenal)

Simply amazing

This restaurant is simply amazing. There is a canteen (called bar) on the ground floor with vegan polish dishes and cakes and a restaurant (called pietro). We tested both and had polish food, cakes, breakfast and dinner and everything was really yummy. Can only recommend it!

Fabulous

Had one of the best vegan meals there, and the staff were lovely too. An absolute must for any vegans in Wroclaw :). Downstairs there is a more casual bar-like space for quick meals, lunch, drink etc. upstairs the menu is different and it is more of a restaurant vibe. The menus both feature a lot of Asian dishes, as well as some European classics like pasta etc.

Traditional Polish dishes veganized & delicious

A must visit! The diner is divided into two parts - serving vegan versions of traditional Polish dishes on the ground floor and international cuisine on the first floor. I really enjoy grabbing a bite there - the food is always tasty, fresh and creative, and the prices are also hard to beat.

Polish cuisine made vegan

I always go to Vega when I'm in Wrocław to experience Polish food that usually is difficult to find made vegan. Try the gołąbki, pierogi and tofu cheesecake.
