Food ok - Edit
This is good place if you are in City Centre and looking for a place to eat, it is just right there. Lots of polish dishes, most of them unfortunately not so healthy - very oily. I miss interesting flavours. Food is a bit bland. They have good salads though. For a very long time i was coming here for burgers. Good value for money.
Pros: Good value for money, Huge menu
Cons: A bit bland, Oily

Outstanding - Edit
Vega is a real credit to Wrocław: pretty cheap, good food, and perfectly located right on the Rynek. The staff went beyond the call of duty in helping us order, while the food was delicious. Highly recommended.
Pros: Location, Helpful Staff, Great food
Cons: Very popular -- can get crowded

breakfast, lunch & dinner: fine - Edit
We came there regularely on weekends for nearly three years. I think we had everthing. Apart to some cake (raw?) everthing tasted fine. Unfortunately we aren't in Wroclaw so often anymore...
Pros: friendly service, good food, satisfying portions
Cons: did they ever change the music in all this years?

So impressed! - Edit
Vega is a very nice vegan restaurant in Wroclaw, which offers you delicious traditional polish food, but also dishes from all around the world, that are filling and saturating. And when you have finished your meal, you can have some yummy ice cream (I had the Banana-Kale one, it was really good!). Vega is located near the townhall (it's almost next to it) and has a lot of space, so take your whole family with you :D
Pros: Excellent food, Nice Location, Good Prices
Cons: /

Great, inexpensive place! - Edit
Probably the best vegan naleśniki (pancakes) in town! All the food was absolutely delicious and the people welcoming, plus the restaurant itself is very cosy despite being quite big. We'll come back for sure!
Pros: Tasty vegan versions of many Polish dishes, Location

just ok - Edit
It is a nice place to eat something if you are around Rynek and don't have a lot of time. They have a lot of soups and some traditional polish dishes, for example pierogi. But sometimes the food is just average, and the cakes (at least those that I have tried) are just bad. So if you have more time, I would recommend looking for something more exciting.
Pros: location, quick, tradition
Cons: cakes

good as expected! - Edit
I usually prefer places a bit outside the tourist areas, but reading the reviews of Vega here made me curious even though it's right on the main square.
Was definitely not disappointed, the food is fantastic and prices are reasonable. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the crowd is varied from families with kids to more alternative people.
They actually played some of my favourite music while I was there, making it even more enjoyable. Shame that we were a bit in a hurry and couldn't sit here longer.
The only negative point for me would be that the place feels more like a cafe for a quick bite, so the dishes are a bit more simple and 'quick' than in a normal restaurant. That's just a personal preference though, for a cafe it does its job perfectly!
Pros: good atmosphere, fair prices, great location
Cons: simple dishes

A must - Edit
This is the oldest vegetarian restaurant in Poland. Only for that you should consider visiting this place.
The restaurant is located in the heart of Wrocław. During our visit we were here three times and tasted different dishes which were all excellent. Each day there was a dish we consistently ordered: pierogi (dumplings), filled with a delicate mix of potatoes, tofu and spices.
If you are visiting Wrocław this place is a must.
Pros: Taste, Polish dishes
Cons: Nones

Tasty and central - Edit
This place need some credit for being the first vegan and vegetarian restaurant in town. Very central, spacious and long vegan and vegetarian menu. Still a very nice alternative not to eat always in the same place. I recommend the Thai Pad :)
Pros: Decoration, Big, Animal friendly
Cons: A bit pricey

Delicious place in heart of Wrocław - Edit
Traditional polish food in 100% vegan way on the ground floor and a slow food on the first floor. Great location, one of the oldest vegetarian restaurants in Europe, first in Poland, from couple years 100% vegan.

Dream pierogi - Edit
Me and my friend visited this restaurant twice during our stay and were very pleased. It serves main meals, cakes and juices. The main meals are accompanied by a vegetable salad of choice. I had pierogi both times which I found absolutely delicious. So was the burger and fries my friend had. The cakes were good, except that some seem to be banana-based and mostly taste of bananas. Very good coffee. It's a canteen counter and not all employees speak english, but there are pictures of the dishes. I found the atmosphere nice, modern but not cheap.

Pros: delicious food, nice atmosphere, quick service

Great Place To Eat - Edit
Went to this place on my last trip to Poland. Place was nice and clean. This is more of self serve place. Food was great and it was nice to try Polish version. Of vegan food. Their serving was huge. Everything tasted great. Staff very friendly.
Pros: Inexpensive, Friendly Staff, Clean
Cons: None

Good variety of vegan food in a central location - Edit
100% vegan canteen with "veganized" traditional polish/European food as well as modern fast food.
Good selection of deserts and drinks including gluten free and fair trade items.
Fast service and good value. Really conveniently placed for a quick but hearty bite to eat in between exploring the old town.
Pros: Quick service canteen style, Good value

Vegan restaurant with great location - Edit
Good option with polish vegan dishes . In my opinion, the desserts could be better. Fair value for money taking into consideration the location. average staff, it looks like a fast-food restaurant, unpersonalized. Good atmosphere with free-wifi.
Pros: Location, Large menu, Healthy
Cons: Minimally processed desserts, average staff

used to be good - Edit
i've been to wroclaw a couple of times and i used to go to this place quite often because of its location. the food was really good, quick, and inexpensive. now there are less options and prices got higher. i'm very disappointed.
Pros: location, big
Cons: prices, options

Yummy and easy to find. - Edit
This place is so central and easy to find, right in the middle of the square. It's self service and not that easy to understand what is available, but the staff will happily talk you through it. The seitan downstairs was really delicious, and the vegan food upstairs was lovely, I had some kind of millet gratin that was amazing. Pretty cheap and big plates of food, recommended.
Pros: Great food. , Good prices. , Central.
Cons: More of a canteen than a restaurant.

My favorite veg*n restaurant in Wroclaw! - Edit
I love this place. Traditional Polish foods, as well as non-traditional Polish foods, with many vegan options. I ate here dozens of times when I was in Wroclaw for 5 months (2010). I'm looking forward to going back in a few months. Everything I had there was phenomenal and I even introduced omnivores to the food who would agree with me.
Pros: friendly staff, tasty, convenient

no no - Edit
They charge you even for the cream on your naleśniki, they won't tell you about it when they ask if you want. Also, the prices of salads is given for 100g, they charge you more. You can plan your meal for ~10zł and you pay ~20zł. The vegan floor isn't really vegan, I found an egg in my soup!
Pros: Location, Lot of space, Polish cuisine
Cons: Additional costs, Non-vegan food on vegan floor, Poor quality food

Vega - Edit
I loved this restaurant. It had a good range and it was nice to sample dishes based on traditional Polish food. Tried food on both floors and everything was lovely. Very reasonably priced and it is in a fantastic location in the main square. Loved it!
Pros: Great location, Good value

me ones more, but... - Edit
never found e veggie restaurant THAT much in the center...you can't miss it, since it is just left hand to the big central church. though hard to figure out, what they sell the food is awesome!!! and you even have a choice between vegan resaurant (at 1st floor) and vegetarian restaurant (downstairs)...that's incredible!!! don't miss it!
Pros: central, incredible cheap, choose between vegan and veggie
Cons: none

Cheap and cheerful! - Edit
To find a cheap and central restaurant in the middle of a city is a plus to start with. This is really basic and there are no English menus. However, the staff do their best to be helpful (after all, you can't expect everyone to speak english!) and it's wholesome, filling and cheap food.
Pros: Great value, Central, Good choice
Cons: Not much atmosphere, No English menu, not open in the evening
lukewarm - Edit
i agree with ztx, that the place overall is tasteless and stingy - but the spinach nalesniki are fantastic! feels a bit like a school dining room - especially the dinner ladies - but you can actually get an affordable and tasty vegan meal here. alternatively, i can give you the recipe for vegan nalesniki you can make at home!
for cheaper and more satisfying vegan meals try the asian-style teahouse just north of the rynek (Igielna street)), or mushroom pierogi (no eggs) at the top end of odrzanska street.

needs improvement - Edit
Although the interior doesn't look too bad, the service isn't too helpful and reminds me the comunism period in Poland a little. Salt and pepper are probably the only spices they have. I can reccomend nalesniki with spinach. Prices are not valuable.
