Aan de Zeedijk en dan een plekje in de kelder. Wij ervoeren het als een oase van rust.

We begonnen met tofu in (pittige) soya saus, gevolgd door ramen met paddenstoelen voor de een en ramen met groenten en tofu. Beide gereden waren heerlijk.
Er was nog plek voor een dessert. Mochi ijs, bijzonder van structuur en heerlijk, vooral die met gember. En pannacotta, ook niet te versmaden.

We shared the seaweed salad (interesting, flavourful) and vegan gyoza (nice but nothing special), then I had the Kinoko ramen (nicely mushroom-y and satisfying) and his Miso ramen were also tasty (very mildly spicy).

We had a window seat overlooking the canal on a sunny day. There are about 3 vegan starter options and and 4 vegan ramen. The mushroom dish was delicious. Draught beer was off which was a shame but we had a good meal nonetheless.

The place is super nice and the staff even nicer. But the food was bland. Had some vegan gyoza and the special vegan. Everything was lacking taste. Was there with meat eaters, they said the same about their food. Beer was good.

Nice place, not the best ramen (had vegan ramen soup). Pretty bland, and quite pricy for what you get. Staff was nice and helpful though.

The food was very tasty with multiple vegan options. My favourite thing about the restaurant, however, was the seating at the back. You could look out a full length window that backs onto the canal. It was lovely.

The location next to the water is so cute. They have vegan ramen dishes that are clearly marked as vegan. The original vatten ramen and miso ramen are great! The dishes are a bit pricey but you also pay for the nice location here ofcourse😄

I wouldn't usually want to go to a veg-options place in a city like Amsterdam, but ramen sounded nice, so we gave this place a try.

We managed to get a great table overlooking the canal and tried most of their vegan dishes.

Wonderful seating area while slurping the ramen. Staff was very kind and friendly. Felt well taken care with their separate vegan menu section. 2 vegan side dishes and 1 vegan rice dish are also in the menu. Best one in town!

Tasty ramen with a view - Edit
The restaurant is placed in front of a canal and you have a sit in front of a window facing directly towards the canal. The place looks small from the outside, but there are a lot of seats downstairs. The vegan ramen and the rice main dish were served with fresh vegetables and tasted delicious. You can choose your noodles and toppings for the ramen yourself. The waiter was friendly and we did not have to wait too long for our ramen and rice dish.

Great ramen and nice gyoza, not the best I've had and not sure there was any spice in my ramen but very tasty anyway, nice rice dish made just for us as well the sauce was really good. Great service the guy who served us was very friendly.

Three types of ramen available for vegans - we had the normal ramen but spicy option available as well as miso. You can personalise your ramen by adding toppings. Lots of sides to try too such as edamame and gyoza. Very friendly staff too. Good view of the canals although limited seating.

Spicy vegan ramen is so good. If you love noodles, definitely give it a try. 4 types of noodles to choose from. We had the Tokyo & Sapporo noodles, both had a good bite.
