Isle of Skye HAPPY PLACE

Really great to find an eco friendly place to stay. A lot of thought gone into being eco and vegan based, even the bed and couch was vegan certified! Loved the recycling and composting facilities and that all the cleaning and laundry products were both eco and vegan approved. The antique furnishings and the reading nook next to the log fire was heavenly. really well equipped large kitchen with a wine cooler that we loved.
views across loch towards mountains with a glass of wine sitting in upcycled whisky barrels, what a way to end our day.
As foodies having herbs in the garden to pick was such fun and a fire box in the garden to bbq outside. huge comfy unique kingsize bed, with linen and cotton eco bedding, we slept very well. did not want to leave.

Pros: the bed, the location, the garden

Cons: no washing machine
