Fantastic milkshake - Edit
I got a coffee milkshake with vanilla soft serve and whipped cream on top. It was incredible. The soft serve is really smooth and the flavoring isn’t too rich. Very cute little place and has a small patio.

Dropped by on hot day last month and got a s’mores Sunday and a peanut butter marshmallow cookie. The Sunday was delicious (the cookie was ok) The staff was very friendly and helpful with giving recommendations for a first-timer. I’m glad I don’t live closer, I’d probably eat here all the time.

Vacas has great soft serve, sundaes, and more. There are also tons of pints to purchase for later. We love this particular location in the plaza. Always excellent service too!

Read morei've been meaning to try vaca's and when i finally had the opportunity i was really excited. i've seen their sundaes on instagram before and i really wanted one.
i tried the s'mores sundae and the death by chocolate sundae - both were delicious! the s'mores sundae had toasted marshmallows, chocolate, and the biscow crumble was so good! the death by chocolate sundae had this amazing chocolate shell.. definitely my favorite part of the sundae. i'll be getting that one again.
the soft serve here is practically indiscernible from dairy soft serve, without any of the dairy. i got the swirl to try both the chocolate and vanilla... both were perfect! i definitely recommend trying this place out - it does not disappoint. i'll definitely be back to try some other flavors.

There were four flavors of soft serve available when we stopped in, tiramisu, gingerbread, chocolate, and vanilla. We tried all except the chocolate, the vanilla was our favorite, it was rich and flavorful. Lots of fun toppings available, and nice baked treats like cookies and cakes.
Read moreThe portion size in a waffle cone was absolutely gigantic, would definitely recommend to share it. Prices are a bit high but with the portion size it was understandable. The almond cookie was great, perfect balance of moist on the inside and crispy on the edges.

This was one of the best vegan sundaes I’ve had. Cashier recommended choc/vanilla swirl with peanut shell and brownies and they did not lead me astray. Also picked up a few pints. On the expensive side for sure, but more than worth it in my opinion. Also great for those with gluten allergies.

So impressed by this place! I got the sweet corn/guava swirl in a cup and a slice of the lemon olive oil cake and both were absolutely delicious. It is expensive, but honestly it’s not much more than Jeni’s. Plus, I thought the portion sizes were very generous. I got a “regular” sized ice cream but honestly I could’ve been fine with a kids size!
Read moreThere is plenty of seating inside as well as a small patio outside with picnic tables. There’s also benches outside in the plaza, so there’s a good amount of seating options.
Overall, great vegan ice cream and desserts and I will definitely be back!

Was enjoying my ice cream when pest control strolls in. It really grossed me out and couldn’t finish it. I hope they don’t have roaches. They should wait to deal with pests until after hours.

Thank you for responding but I don’t think this is the cases I heard the staff tell pest control that the problem was in a specific area, implying there was an issue. And then the pest control after hearing that information went outside to get specific equipment. Regardless, even if that was the case… how would your customers know??? This just seems like poor business.

I don’t know if this is other peoples’ experience, but it can be hard to find waffle cones that are vegan, even at places with vegan ice cream. VACA’s has great waffle cones and great ice cream as well.

So delicious! Rotating flavors using different dairy free milk bases. Lots of toppings, including gluten free. And if anyone says it's too expensive, please stop. Remember you get what you pay for, quality ingredients all made from scratch and they pay their employees a living wage!!!!
