Lots of mock meats - Edit
Good range of dishes, more than the usual list of Thai dishes you see everywhere else. The Northern Thailand sausage was really nice with a strong lemongrass flavour. The spicy pork curry was quite small but tasted great. Only downside to the food was getting fruit in my curry (pineapple and grapes), which I personally don't like. Prices were good.
Read moreThe thing that annoyed me most about the restaurant was their use of plastic. The cutlery came wrapped in plastic, plus the condiments on the table were all in individual plastic sachets. They're environmentally aware enough to sell bamboo toothbrushes, but maybe they should look at their plastic use too.

tasty vegetarian food lots of vegan option - Edit
stumbled across this place accidentally as we went to get pcr tests next door and hadn’t had breakfast so this was great to see ! lots of vegan options available clearly marked. noodle tofu soup came with lots of different mock meats which made the flavours very muddled and strong which was a bit strange would have preferred just tofu maybe they didn’t have enough as the dish only stated tofu but still tasty. lots of frozen food to buy as well as fresh and packaged noodles etc.

Decent - Edit
Haven't actually eaten in the restaurant yet but have ordered in using FoodPanda. All the dishes I have tried have been tasty, reasonably sized and very good value. It's just simple Thai food but much better than the regular 'jay' places. I will be ordering again.

Nice food! - Edit
The food was really good, especially the vegan chicken nuggets as a starter! The servings were quite small, but also really cheap. There are lots of different options and the freshly baked chocolate cake was delicious!

Great food - Edit
Not very expensive and can get good portion if you chose the mock meat individually (59 baht) and then rice (15 baht). Lots of options. Almost everything is vegan, even some cakes ! one of my favorite place in chiang mai

Cons: Tiny portions if you take the 59 baht "meals"

Good food..Cozy place! - Edit
Nice option of many Thai dishes.. I had the Northern Thai Pork curry with spring rolls & butterfly lime tea(you can get without honey). The curry for me was a bit lacking in flavour but mostly on the salt side in my opinion..They have many condiments if needed. Spring rolls seemed to be the cheap ones from the freezer..Not homemade..Kinda disappointing but they were ok.. They also sell health products & large bags of mock meats!! Overall, I would return to try some other options..

Pleasantly surprised! - Edit
I popped in here on my way home to grab a take out. After reading the average reviews I wasn't expecting to be blown away. I ordered a pineapple fried rice, issan sausage and a spicy pork and rice. Everything was delicious! The good felt super healthy and light as it wasn't oily. The sausage was fab and I plan to go back to pick up a packet of them for my freezer at home. The portion sizes weren't huge, but sufficient for me.

Okay for nothing special - so quiet inside I felt I couldn’t make a squeak - Edit
Look, the giant yellow เจ signs inevitably lured me in but next time I would go elsewhere, dishes are tiny and nothing too special. I had the fried pork with rice (not worth it) and the fish maw soup (okay but also not amazing).
Read moreI was the only person in the restaurant the whole time I was there - but it was quiet and nice enough to get an hour or so of work done. Unfortunately the staff were so visibly bored they were on their phones most of the time, but it made me very self-conscious as to not make a sound. Also, every time I opened the menu the waitress would run over and stand right over me, waiting - I am an anxious menu chooser so that wasn’t fun either hahaha

My experience more than 3 years later was exactly the same! Wish I had read your review before I went there! Oh, well. It was nearby and I was in a pinch.
