Nice cosy place with tasty food. We went there several times. Cappuccino also very good, soymilk without added sugar. They also have infusion tea.

I really loved this place! They have a lot of vegan options that all sound delicious and make me want to come back to try more and prices are great! The the vegan options are also easy to recognize on the menu since labeled very well.
Read moreThe staff seemed a little overworked and they got confused about our order and had to change it multiple times because they didn’t have all the ingredients anymore, which can be excused, since we were pretty late for breakfast and they were all really nice!

Spectacular homemade pasta - Edit
I tried the vegan plin with smoked tofu and shiitake mushrooms-such a unique combination, but it works! One of the best pasta dishes I had in Italy. I only wish the portion was a little bit bigger!

A bistro with a breakfast menu that includes only vegetarian and many vegan baked goods, toasts, pancakes and muesli.
Read moreWe were there around 11:00 and the sweet croissants were already sold out, but there was still a savory croissant which was for us converted into a croissant with pistachio cream and a pain au chocolat.
We also opted for toasts with tomato and avocado and a toast with tomato and goat's cheese. Both were very tasty.
I had a matcha latte with oat milk, which was unfortunately sweetened, and my boyfriend had a Coffee Lechesse
Unfortunately, we always had to wait a very long time for service and then make ourselves heard so that we could place our order.
Overall, it was quite good, but we will keep looking for a breakfast place that is more appealing to us.

They had an almost fully vegan menu and the service was very funny and nice. It was busy and we had to wait a bit for our food, but it was worth it. They know how to do vegan cheese!

We visited UNO on our one day passing through Italy, and we really wanted to try some fresh pasta! The service was very friendly and the vibe was great. The gnocchi verde was delicious and fresh tasting. The soy ragu pasta had a really yummy sauce, but was more on the undercooked side of al dente. Overall though, we really enjoyed our meal and our visit!

We were only passing through Bologna and the vegan restaurants were closed for summer holidays (take note if you are traveling in August), but Uno was one of the few places open, so we stopped by and I'm so glad we did!

Really loved the pain au chocolat, the smoothies and juices, atmosphere, staff, the amount of options and the fact it’s all veggie of course! And also it was great that the aperol spritz came with snacks all for €6!! But was pretty disappointed with the pasta. There wasn’t a lot of sauce on the spinach gramigna with soy cream and vegan sausage, the pasta was hard and chewy and there was no flavour. The same with the soy ragu. I guess because the pasta was made from hemp and spinach it wouldn’t be the same but still there could’ve been a lot more flavour to the sauce!!!

Finding vegan homemade pasta is not easy. I asked the waiter which of the pasta dishes she recommends and went with the Gramigna. The food was delicious. It’s a busy but calm restaurant. Lots of vegan options on the menu.
