Tasty ramen, easy vegan options - Edit
Chose the vegetarian shoyu ramen, asked to be made vegan and it was no problem. Had extra yuzu as topping which was delicious! Would have loved chili oil on the table to add spice to my own taste.

Decent ramen - Edit
A few vegan options on the menu. I enjoyed the brothless ramen with silken tofu and shiitake mushrooms. Not extraordinary, but it's decent.
