Tasty, but not many veggies

Sevilla doesn't have a lot of fully-vegan options open at night/for dinner, so we opted for Asian one night. The food was hot and fresh, the service fast and friendly. There were clear vegan options on the menu, including a few dishes with tofu, but most with Huera "chicken" as the default. We were disappointed that the dishes didn't have many vegetables; I could barely find them in my dish. We did enjoy the vegan chocolate cake with mango ice cream (we figured if we weren't getting many veggies, we might as well go all out and have dessert, too!)

Pros: Clearly marked vegan items, Friendly staff, Hot, tasty food

Cons: Very few vegetables in the dishes

Great vegetarian options

Options clearly marked on menu and allergen menu available on website (menus available in English or Spanish).

Japanese food including yasi yaki udon, vegan miso soba noodles (recommend, tastes like carbonara pasta) and tempura vegetables.

Much like Wagamamas with bench seating, outside tables available too.

Food seems freshly made.

Many options

Food is nice. Location is convenient. There's several vegan options that are clearly labeled.

The menu seems to change somewhat depending on season: more fresh/cool dishes during the warmer months, more hearty dishes during colder months (from what I've seen).

There's no vegan dessert which is a shame.

Edit: I recommend the corral teriyaki heura "chicken" dish as that's the vegan version of their most well known dish.
