Great Sandwich Shop - Edit
Although not entirely vegan, there are a lot of clearly marked vegan sandwiches. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is fun.

I had the bean soup and the Joaquin Phoenix salad which was fabulous. They have many gf options, but the gf bread is not vegan. I was hoping to order the Andre 3000 sandwich.

Best Vegan Deli - Edit
Several fresh vegan soup offerings every day, the vegan sandwich menu is out of this world. I've never been disappointed and the staff is incredible. It's my daily go-to lunch and with many other vegan options nearby still my easy first choice.

A Long list of Vegan sandwiches. We got there at 1pm Sunday and were sold out of the JackFruit BBQ. Big sandwiches great $2.50 add on salad deal. Close to Children museum for a day out with family. Bean Falafal sandwich was great! Blackened tofu not great...

This is a fantastic place - they have lots of clearly labeled vegetarian and vegan sandwiches. Good place to bring omnivores too. Staff will make sandwiches into salads if you can't do gluten and eggs (gf bread has eggs). The food was excellent.
