Seriously bold flavors - Edit
I’d heard of Tuk Tuk through a local FB vegan group, and I can’t believe it took me as long as it did to actually get there. Okay, first, the food:

I got The Lucy Bowl (fyi, if you’re in Lexington and find a dish with Lucy’s name on it, you’re always going to do well to just order it), and it just had such a wild variety of flavors and textures to explore. Absolutely delicious. We also got the spicy fries (though frankly we were too full to really finish them), and they had a real pleasant kick to them.
The space: it’s a really pleasant, tiny shop, but it seems to be mostly oriented towards takeout. There was maybe seating for 10-15 people, max. It is, however, located next to a sort of strip mall plaza, so maybe they get outdoor seating when it isn’t winter?
All in all, this is a must-eat if you’re in Lexington. Just be prepared to maybe take your food someplace else nearby (if the weather’s nice, the Arboretum and Shillito Park are nearby) in case the seating’s full up.
