I’m a vegan rabbinical/cantorial student and musician getting to live in Jerusalem for the first year of my program, and so far I’m absolutely loving it - so few vegan restaurants, but SO MANY naturally vegan foods. Looking forward to exploring more of the vegan scene in Israel, southern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa this year.
