Lovely food and view - Edit
Fresh, speedy, flavourful, was great in a pinch. Generous portion sizes. Most dishes have soy meat which I personally enjoyed. Bonus is the great view of the runway from anywhere in the restaurant

Options at the airport - Edit
Definitely last Japanese meal, the food was okay really but nothing special. After all the ramen that I ate here this one is just ok

A delicious last meal in Japan - Edit
I had an incredible shoyu ramen here just before leaving Japan. I also had a matcha gelato and got some cookies to eat on the plane. In a country that is not particularly vegan-friendly, it is an incredible privilege to be able to eat good vegan food at the airport. Don't listen to people who seem to think that leaving lukewarm reviews for excellent vegan restaurants makes them look like sophisticated food critics. I would go back to Japan just to be able to eat at T's TanTan one more time.

Mostly processed soy - Edit
It’s veganism of the 2020s here, mostly processed soy products on offer rather than fresh and healthy veggies , but helpful to have a fully vegan place at the airport nonetheless.

Last Meal Before Leaving Japan - Edit
Great place to stop for one last bowl of ramen before leaving Japan. You can also buy containers as souvenirs to cook at home.

Good Ramen. Hot and all. 4 options. And gyoza - Edit
It's vegan and nice for people who are vegan and vegetarian and only survived on onigiri a whole trip. Had the tan tan one. Hot. If on a hurry get gyoza. They are fast it took under 5 min for my food to arrive but I was like the 3rd customer.

Deeeelicious ramen 🍜 - Edit
This place is right down the end of Terminal 1 opposite Gate 51, so a bit of a walk depending on where you arrive (we came from the Narita Express train which was basically opposite end). I think because it was quite far, and unless you’re departing from gates 50 you probably wouldn’t venture this far down the terminal, the area was super quiet and uncrowded. It’s in a food court and has lots of space if you have luggage with you.
Read moreTried the shoyu ramen and sesame tantanmen. Both were very flavourful, filling, loaded with lots of veg and different ingredients, and the gyoza were the best 🫶🏼 A little pricy but as expected for an airport.
I was very very happy I got to fill up on one last vegan ramen before flying home ✈️ #Veganuary

First time in Japan, first Restaurant, great vegan place. - Edit
We have been told that vegan food is hard to come by in Japan. We just arrived, and there is this excellent Ramen bar on the fourth floor of the terminal. We had very good vegan Ramen, Gyoza, and salad-rice-bean mix-egg plate, all plant based and delicious. #Veganuary

Delicious gyoza and good ramen- all vegan - Edit
I’m always grateful for any decent and reasonably healthy plant-based food at an airport, but this place is actually good! Ramen lovers will appreciate the varieties of good vegan soups here, but for my taste the star is the gyoza, which are full of flavor, and can be enjoyed either a la carte or as part of the shoyu ramen bowl.

Excellent choice to find in an airport - Edit
Full vegan kitchen. We ate sesame tantanmen and the shoyu ramen. The sesame one’s broth was delicious but not that much going on in terms of add on’s in the ramen. The shoyu ramen comes with 3 gyozo, mushrooms and a soy meat. So a bit more interesting. We shared, so got the best of both world. #Veganuary

Yummy Ramen and Gelato - Edit
I can’t remember the exact name of this ramen, but it was absolutely delicious—maybe even better than other ramen I’ve tried. The gelato, which I couldn’t find at other T’s Tantan locations, was the perfect dessert to pair with the meal.

Best Gyoza! - Edit
No other airport I've been to has an all-vegan noodle & gyoza spot, with amazing gyoza! I also appreciated that the whole airport food court where it's located uses all reusable vessels & cutlery, there is a whole dish-washing operation, instead of massive amounts of single-use plastic.

Located in south concourse - Edit
Amazing ramen. If you’re in north concourse it’s a bit of a walk. It’s right next to the south concourse immigration on the airside. No where else will have good vegan options within narita. I’d also recommend getting the gyoza to go for those who have a long flight that doesn’t serve vegan food which is what we did.
