Ok I guess

The okra in the Tom Yum soup was a nice surprise. The fried Hor Fun flat rice noodles were fine. English menu available but not a lot of vegan choices.

Confusing vegetarian option definitions

Some tofu options, but it is not 100 % vegetarian restaurant. I got the impression that just no red meet consumption is considered as vegetarian option.

this is a fully vegetarian eatery.
if it see "meat" item on the menu, eg sliced fish noodles, it is mocked fish, not real fish.
Thx!

Salty and oily food

Ordered Laksa, Kuay Teow, Vegetarian Mock Mutton rice. The food is too salty and oily. Laksa don't have much mock meat. Laksa has a small serving of noodles and mainly Tau Pok.

Yummy wan ton noodles and laksa

Their laksa is good, don't know that their wan ton noodles is nice too, the fried wan ton is very crispy, the noodles is flavourful, chewy and not soggy, the veggies soup that comes together is quite refreshing, the most ordered item is still their prata, half of the crowd there are eating prata, others are eating either laksa or wan ton noodles, haha.

Milky Fish beehoon soup 👍🏻

Wanted to come in for crispy prata but was told that Monday the uncle is off. So I choose fish beehoon soup, it was good, very milky and I like the taste. $3.80 for a bowl only. If u feel like slurp some hot soup, this is a good choice.

But most people are having their wanton mee, which I tried before, it’s also very yummy. Dry noodle with wanton. 👍🏻

Pros: Airy seating area on a cooling day, Location just next to Aljunied mrt.

Mixed feelings

It was a nice big menu and the food looked good when it came out but my noodles were very, very oily and I regretted my decision to eat them later on that day. Such a sore tummy.

Nice food but others need to improve

Food ok. Roti prata best but at certain hours . prefer to go 23 bendemeer. Service is better.
Geylang 27.service is bad. Or sometimes black faces. 1 server often v extreme all customers she called out v loud all 大姐,阿姐. some may feel offensive .
Previously one lady server all customers call all 美女. don't know why they shd do that. is it because of their culture or it is because it is in Geylang.

Certain food is delicious but the place feels v hot, ventilation needs to be mproved. there seems to be no toilet.

Reasonably priced, lots of selections

I've eaten here 3 times and so far have been quite happy with everything. Quite a good selection of vegetarian dishes and you can request for vegan options. Food is flavoursome.

No-frills place. Clean. Staff have been friendly too.

Nice prata, bad attitude.

Tried the prata. Super nice. Wanton noodle so so. Went 3 times. Staff are always black face. Impatient when ask questions. Went back 3rd time, still the same. Spoilt appetite....make me think twice to go back. Bad energy for food prepared too. Sigh...

Pros: Prata is nice

Cons: Staff are very bad attitude. Black , Face all the time. Very Bad experience.

Thai Claypot curry tofu

Limited options for vegans. Though most of the dishes are vegetarian, they can be made vegan, so be sure to ask.

Another alternative place to dine during late evening ...

Normally, non-vegetarian Buddhist would go for Vegetarian Meal before any Buddhist activities. Guess, this could be why there’re so many vegetarian eateries around this area.

This would be a good alternative to find vegetarian food during late evening, as some of the other stalls would have been closed. It was 6.30pm, we ordered simple dishes like Yong Tau Foo ($4.8), Claypot Mee ($5) and Wanton Mee ($3.5). Price is reasonable and food's taste and option, just normal.

Pros: affordable

Nice Vegetarian place

The Staff, a young lady, was friendly & attentive. They have a variety of chinese local dishes like hokkien mee, hor fun etc. And have a few western dishes as well as the typical zi char menu.

Pros: Reasonable & affordable prices., Noodle/rice dishes range from $3.50 ++

Cons: Mostly vegetarian, vegan options limited

Friendly, cheap, good, with vegan options

I came here becauae this place is near the AirBnb I'm staying at, and it is ooen till 10pm. It loojs like many Singaporean places in the neighborhood. But everything is vegetarian, and they can make lots of items vegan.

At the suggestion of the friendly person at the counter (where you order before sitting at a table) I ordered "Hokkein Mee" noodles, without eggs, to make it vegan. It was delicious! And filling. And only cost S$3.80 .

I like this place.

Pros: Good , Cheap, Friendly

Not for vegans

The menu looks good at first glance, but almost everything is non-vegan. The laksa contains cows milk. The curry gravy for Yong tau foo contains cows milk. The mock mutton curry has milk. Huge cartons of eggs and condensed milk stacked in the open plan kitchen.

Today I ordered mi goreng and nasi goreng take away, specifying vegan and making clear I do not eat eggs or milk. When I got home both dishes had huge chunks of eggs everywhere so I did not eat it. Probably helps if you speak Chinese as they struggle with English.

Will not visit again unless they go full vegan.

Pros: Could be good if they understood what vegan means

Cons: Not vegan, They love eggs and milk and put it in everything

Laksa is really good

Went here a few times due to proximity to our airbnb, cost around about $15 for 2 meals and 2 drinks. Taste good, menu is clear and the staff are nice.

Small portion and order still mixed up

This is my second time buying from this place and they mixed up my order twice. I specifically requested for NO EGGS for my meals due to religion and twice, i was served with eggs.

My purchase today was the last straw, with my order coming in with 1/3 of the portion when i requested for them to change my meal without eggs.
