Simple menu with seasonal and healthy options. Staff was friendly, and food felt fresh. As advertised, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options were clearly labeled.

Many options! - Edit
I had the noodle bowl with tofu with butternut squash soup. The soup tasted so fresh with layered spicing. The Korean glass noodle bowl smelled and tasted full of flavor with lots of tofu. I told the wait person that I was vegan and they were also. Super helpful. Menu clearly marked vegan versus vegetarian. Partner had the quinoa bowl and enjoy his too.

Menu items are clearly labeled as vegan or vegetarian. The spinach and mushroom pizza with vegan cheese was delicious and filling. Smoked tempei was also great.

Amazing restaurant with many vegan options - Edit
This is a great place for vegans and non- vegans alike! This restaurant isn’t just a place with a few mediocre vegan options, it has many options, all of which had much consideration put into them, something you don’t find in many non-vegan restaurants. The Ancient Grains Bowl and Vegan Burger were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend coming here!

Fresh & tasty - Edit
Vegans rejoice! Fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables. The hummus is full of flavor and one of the best I’ve ever had. (-feta). The mushroom pizza with the almond ricotta (nondairy) was very good. I’ll definitely visit here again to try different vegan-friendly items on the menu.

By far one of my all-time favorite restaurants. Farm to table fresh and absolutely delicious. I love their seasonal changes as well as the items that are always on the menu. The menu is clearly marked with V for Vegan and VEG for Vegetarian and GF for Gluten Free. I wish all menus were like this!

Best vegan burger! - Edit
I really like that True Food Kitchen has dining options for everyone. Vegan options are clearly marked and other dishes can be made vegan with little substitution. I love the vegan burger. It's house made with "real" food, so I feel better indulging.

I’ve eaten at a few TruFoods locations and always leave happy. My favorites are the Brussels sprouts, charred cauliflower and Dashi ramen. I actually love to go by myself, enjoy my food and some wine and people watch.

Loved this place! - Edit
I understand that we can't give this place 5 stars because they do serve meat but I really would give them 5 stars if I could. They're very accommodating to vegetarians and vegans with a decent amount of options and they're delicious and hearty and filling without being too expensive. I pigged out and got their Charred Cauliflower (my favorite thing), Shiitake Lettuce Cups (great but the Charred Cauliflower was better) and their Roasted Artichoke Pizza (delicious). Too much food for 1 person haha. But it was great. Their vegan options are marked with a V and their vegetarian options with a VEG. Atmosphere was nice but it was PACKED. Definitely make a reservation. My friend complained that it was a bit warm in there but I had no problem. Overall it was great. 5 stars.

delicious and Refreshing - Edit
Found this place via Happy Cow and convinced my family to go here while on vacation in Dallas. The drink list is amazing and refreshing - full of fresh and exotic selections. My mom and I got the Medicine Man (antioxidant rich) and my brother got the Pomegranate Lemonade. On a hot day these drinks really hit the spot. For lunch we ordered the edamame dumplings (a must), and my mom ordered the quinoa burger and I had the TLT. All meals came with two sides and was so much food. Really fresh ingredients and tart. My brother had the bison burger, so there are some meat options for the non-veg/non-vegan folk in your lives.

Great Flavors! - Edit
Shitake tofu butter lettuce wraps were fantastic. The veggie rice bowl had a complex and very satisfying sauce. Andy's TLT (Tempeh Lettuce and Tomato) sandwich was also really good. Only a few vegan options but they were great. Busy place with fun atmosphere and good wines. Can be a bit loud.
