Highly recommend!

There were several vegan options but they also had meat options for my non-vegan colleagues. The waiter and kitchen were very accommodating and informed! I am sad I do not live in Houston because I would be eating there frequently. Also, the cocktails were amazing.

Pros: Unique vegan options, Knowledgeable staff, Accommodating kitchen

Delicious

This place is close to downtown and had several vegan options that aren't just vegetables for a salad but the creation of umami and tantalizing flavors.

The beat tartare was the best thing I have had in a long time. It had so many flavors that hit all the profiles on the tongue. I didn't want to share it.

There's also other vegan options for dessert and entrees and at least one dessert option was very good too. Very great place for a date night hanging out with friends

Pros: Vegan options for, Appetizing, Entree and dessert

Cons: Very pricey, Must vallet, Reservations can get crowded and not quiet

Flavor profile is incredible

Two vegan appetizer options, several vegan salad options, two vegan entree options, one vegan dessert option.

Beverage choice - the name of the rose (floral, but not to perfumey)
Appetizer choice - beet root tartar (mildly sweet beets, seasoned avocado, some sort of sauce beneath the dish. Flavors paired well)
Entree choice - Dan Dan noodles (medium spice, pickled veggies, fresh veggies, soy chorizo)

Also tried the vegan goat cheese - a little watery, but tastes great.

The staff are awesome

Not to mention the food. I would recommend this place just for the food but honestly it was the staff that made it a great experience. I was sat right by the kitchen where they plated all the food and it was fun to watch. They kept making comments and chatting with me (I was a lonely party of 1 lol) and it was wonderful. And the food came out shockingly fast for how slammed they were.

Cons: Not a ton of vegan options

Very accommodating!

Vegan friendly. A manager came over to me to brief me on the drink items that are suitable for vegans.
Wish the chilaquiles had more tofu but it was tasty.

Btw their black coffee is Mexican style so it is already sweetened.

Pros: Nice staff and atmosphere

Cons: Expensive

Globally inspired eatery with few vegan/vegetarian options

I enjoyed the Shiitake Edamame Dumplings and Chiles En Nogada plates. Everything was flavorful and the presentation was nice. The drinks were also tasty and well made.
