Amazing airport shop! - Edit
There are so many vegan options here that it was hard to decide what to choose. The vegan goods are clearly labeled. You can have both sweet and savoury products and you are spoilt for choice. We chose three products each and liked everything we had. It was perfect to stock up for our long haul flight and not be dependent on airplane food.

Wow vegan pineapple cake! - Edit
I’ve been looking for a vegan pineapple cake (with no egg or dairy) for a long time, I finally found it here, and it was not too bad, considering they use French vanilla plus the sweetness from the pineapple paste itself. Would definitely get my paws on other vegan pastries! 😃 🥐 🥮

I was so pleased to find this place, it has so many vegan options! (Look for the label 全素 in Chinese because a lot of the vegan options aren't translated in English).

Located at terminal 1 at TPE airport, in the food court downstairs BEFORE security. Great options for some snacks before your flight. Roughly half of the bakery was vegan, with options clearly labeled. Some labeling was in English but some vegan options only had the “vegan” label in Mandarin so do take a closer look! Has coffee and tea as well.
