Light Vegan Bites Before Boarding ✈️ - Edit
We stopped by the EVA Air VIP Lounge early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to find vegan options. Everything was clearly labeled, which made it super convenient. They had a rice dish, sweet potatoes, mixed veggies, a simple salad setup with dressing, and even soy milk available for coffee or tea.

I found a ton of vegan options in the lounge here. The lounge I visited was the least exclusive of EVA's options at TPE. The vegan options are among the best I've encountered at airport lounges. Here's what I found: Soup, bao, cake, glass noodles, 2 sauteed veggies, roasted yams, and a salad bar.
