Delicious grilled veggie sandwich with grilled plantains as buns. Very substantial and flavorful. Two delicious sauces to accompany the "Banana Burger" were an avocado sauce and a pumpkin sauce. Great ginger juice. Food prepared by a young man and his mom (I am guessing) helps with the service with lots of joy. The cafe is located in the busy central market area and its entrance is behind various street carts selling goods. Look closely and you'll find and it's totally worth it.

Love the use of plantain as a base for the “burger” and so delicious plus a fab veggie options available. Family run business, mother and son! Lovely people, great to support a local business, especially one that creates such good food!

They serve exactly one dish a burger with banana instead of bread. The vegan one is filled with grilled veggies (pumpkin, carrot, onion, baby corn, zucchini) and two dressings. Soooo good, plus everything is fresh and local. :)

Honestly, this place deserves more traffic than what I’ve seen when I visited. They have meat options, but most importantly a vegan option, which the base is a plantain. The burger comes with other vegetables and fresh, homemade sauces which are absolutely delicious! The owner and her son couldn’t be more polite and loving. They even gave us free dessert. I wasn’t expecting to eat much in Nicaragua and to say this place blew my mind is an understatement. Do yourself a favor and visit!

Wow what a fantastic place. The food is so packed full of flavour and delicious that I went back for more within 3 hours!!! The owner and his mother are beautiful people and the juice tea they gave me was delicious. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and so full of flavour - Mind blowing! 10/10! Local veg from farmers used!!❤❤

The owners of this place are incredibly friendly and welcoming! They make eating here a unique experience. There aren't many vegan options, but they are out of this world. The vegan burger is made of plantains, fried veggies, and a lime/avocado sauce that is incredible!
