The vegan burger is so so good. I’ve never seen a plantain burger before so it was nice to try something new. The people working there were also really sweet. Got a free mini starter and mini dessert which also tasted great. And I’d recommend the ice tea - super refreshing! The decoration was pretty too.

Very good idea to create burgers with plantains. I enjoyed the taste and combinations of the grilled veggies. I would add avocado then it would be totally perfect. I paid 250 cordobas

Ate here today, while nice it was quite expensive compared to other places. The vegan option was basically just charred veg, but the sauces were lovely.

The food here was absolutely fabulous… it’s a simple but friendly family run restaurant with basically one thing on the menu but omg is it good! The sauces are made by the matriarch of the family and are absolutely delicious. Cannot recommend enough!

The interior is quite "modest" to put it mildly, as you can see from the pictures. The service is very nice, and the burger served is actually a lot of fresh vegetables between two plane tree cutlets. It's not particularly tasty in my opinion, but it's definitely very healthy.

The menu here is quite simple, there's one vegan option which is vegetables between plantains. I think it varies slightly by day, I got lightly roasted veggies on the side with nice sauces and while I was waiting for my food they brought me a few slices of carrot with their sauces to try. It was so nice to get so many fresh veggies with some flavorful homemade sauces. The team are very friendly and were patient with my terrible Spanish.

Very inventive, feels like a gourmet dining experience, for just C$200. They only have one thing on the menu (with a choice of veggie or meat), and they do that exceptionally well. I ordered the veggie burger, also got some tiny bites to try the sauces, and a mini dessert of pumpkin jam with ginger honey. The burger came with a side of grilled veggies, but I saw that the chef arranges every plate a bit differently. The sauces were mind-blowing!

Had the vegan "plantain burger" here, which was pretty good, but also very messy. What made the burger good was the plantain. What I didn't like was that there was only one vegan option. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, though!

Delicious Plantain Stacked Burgers - Edit
First time I've eaten burgers with plantain as the buns. And they worked a treat. The veggie option was top notch. Was also given some nachos and fresh tasty sauces. And topped off with a free desert too - which was also good, but sweeeet.

Lovely authentic place with really good burger. The "bun" which is fried green plantain is so, so good and the sauce they put on the burger is amazing. I was a bit disappointed that there were only vegetables on my burger and no source of protein and still paid the same price as for the meat burgers but wouldn't complain:). You should definitely try it out!

The Best Granada Has to Offer - Edit
They have one thing on the menu because that is what they do well. They don’t need anything else because it’s THAT good. For 440 cordobas including tip, we had two Jamaica teas and two vegan burgers with plantain bun. It was so unique and flavourful. Unlike anything we’ve ever had. This restaurant has set the bar high for everything else in Granada.

Delicious, family owned by the kindest people, and very reasonably priced. It’s located in the Granada market but has a very peaceful atmosphere. The vegan veggie plantain burger is fantastic, and their sauces are vegan and homemade. Vegan paradise 😊

Delicious grilled veggie sandwich with grilled plantains as buns. Very substantial and flavorful. Two delicious sauces to accompany the "Banana Burger" were an avocado sauce and a pumpkin sauce. Great ginger juice. Food prepared by a young man and his mom (I am guessing) helps with the service with lots of joy. The cafe is located in the busy central market area and its entrance is behind various street carts selling goods. Look closely and you'll find and it's totally worth it.

They serve exactly one dish a burger with banana instead of bread. The vegan one is filled with grilled veggies (pumpkin, carrot, onion, baby corn, zucchini) and two dressings. Soooo good, plus everything is fresh and local. :)

Honestly, this place deserves more traffic than what I’ve seen when I visited. They have meat options, but most importantly a vegan option, which the base is a plantain. The burger comes with other vegetables and fresh, homemade sauces which are absolutely delicious! The owner and her son couldn’t be more polite and loving. They even gave us free dessert. I wasn’t expecting to eat much in Nicaragua and to say this place blew my mind is an understatement. Do yourself a favor and visit!

Wow what a fantastic place. The food is so packed full of flavour and delicious that I went back for more within 3 hours!!! The owners of this place are incredibly friendly and welcoming! They make eating here a unique experience. There aren't many vegan options, but they are out of this world. The vegan burger is made of plantains, fried veggies, and a lime/avocado sauce that is incredible!
