Read moreThe highlight of the tofu banh mi is the croutons that come with it, always so airy and crunchy. It's good that it's all traditional components (pickled daikon and carrot, coriander, cucumber). The tofu would be better if marinated in something with more flavour, and if there was some vegan mayo.
