2.5 stars: Ok

I'm not sure if they changed the way they prepare the tofu, but it's not as flavourful as it used to be. The highlight of the tofu banh mi is the croutons that come with it, always so airy and crunchy. It's good that it's all traditional components (pickled daikon and carrot, coriander, cucumber) but it's pretty hit and miss. I don't think I even got any soy sauce in mine.
