Decent Sushi in Poughkeepsie - Edit
The miso soup is NOT vegan. Just a heads up.
Read moreTomo has vegan friendly sushi rolls, soba noodle dishes, edamame and seaweed salad. They also have good inexpensive sake. Some of the servers are more versed in vegan options than others.
I wish there were more vegan options. Tofu is missing from this menu. Also a bummer that the miso soup isn’t vegan.
