Addicted to Burritos - Edit
Their Pura Vida burrito with the vegan quest fresco, and vegan spicy barbacoa is filling, flavorful and satisfies the carnivore burrito craving. I was also very impressed with their vegan elote as someone who misses the velvet taco elote.

while I wouldn’t really describe it as Mexican food, they have great options for vegans and omnis. Their vegan queso fresco and barbacoa are delicious (although not at all spicy) and the La Tierra salad is a great size with good quality ingredients. I think they need to massage their kale or include more dressing. I ended up cooking my leftover salad and that made it much less tough and bitter.

Wonderful fresh Mexican food! TOLUCA Organic is so yummy we've been twice now & we are only here for 4 days visiting. If I lived here, this would be a regular place to get good food. I would call this a Vegan restaurant with non-vegan options.

No. As a mexican vegan, I am offended. - Edit
I ordered the Del Reyna Tacos with vegan spicy barbacoa. It was neither spicy nor did it have any flavor. My friend ordered the vegan elote and the Sierra Madre Burrito with vegan chorizo and they were a huge no. I’ve been vegan for 5 years and have made delicious vegan versions of all the Mexican food I grew up eating. It’s not that difficult to add a little spice or salt. I do not recommend. This is not even close to being Mexican food.
