Really delicious - Edit

We had the Nah Dogg, Obi-Juan Ke-No-Meat (tacos), Animal Love (tenders), Vegan Chilli Fries and the Vegan Hot Fudge Brownie to share.

Really delicious. I find most vegan options in restaurants have little creativity. Not the case here; the flavours were varied and rich. I would get everything again except perhaps the Animal Love tenders, which I just think tasted odd and had a strange consistency - tasted like concentrated/packed nutritional yeast.

The service was very good and we had a fun time. I was afraid it was going to be hard to enjoy as it is an arcade as well, but it was fine. We came with a small group of friends and could have a conversation easily.

I was in touch with them and they confirmed they use a separate fryer for vegan and gluten free dishes.

Could be more vegan friendly - Edit

The first and only time I visited Token was in August 2017. I was disappointed to learn that all the vegan dishes are fried in the same oil as meat. After my enquiry, the staff offered to use a separate fryer after they queried the issue with the chef. As a result I decided to eat elsewhere. Some vegans may not mind this at all, but it's a deal-breaker for me. I'd be delighted to hear if their standard practice has changed since my visit.

JuliaGelezova 15 May 2018 - Whoa I wonder if this is still true? I was there the other day and was about to leave a 5-star review, as the food was really delicious and the service great. But if they use the same oil and fryer as the meat dishes, that's a really big problem.

noisy but great food - Edit

The restaurant is quite full but theres games to play while waiting for a table. One dish of each category was vegan, very good food, we tried each. Only problem was loud noise from people and games.

Pros: one option from each category, burgers, tacos etc.

Cons: noisy

vegan chilli dog! - Edit

Only a few vegan options but the whole menu is small anyway. The nah dog is really tasty but could have been bigger. Really good for lunch but maybe not filling enough for dinner. Would definitely go back though!

Delicious food, cosy restaurant - Edit

Lovely spot with lovely attentive staff. The menu is extensive with several veggie and vegan options. I got the Animal Love tenders which are vegan. They were tasty and satisfying. There's also vegan tacos and a vegan hot dog. There are burgers too which are veggie since they come with cheese, but it may be possible to ask for them without this to veganise them. but you'd have to double check the rest of the ingredients are vegan friendly.

Pros: A good few options for veggies and vegans, The tenders come with some fries, The churros oh wow

Cons:

Fun place - Edit

A great place to visit. Well worth a trip. I went with my meat eating husband and he was very happy with his food and the games on offer. I enjoyed the food- the only downside was the service was a little on the slow side but not an issue if you wish to enjoy the games during your meal.

Pros: Vegan options- vegan chocolate brownie is fantasti

Cons: Service was slow and a bit unorganised.

Ok - Edit

The staff is very friendly.
We had calamari, chili fries, tacos and tenders - all vegan of course.
They serve the food in paper packaging and with plastic cuttlery, not very environmentally friendly :-(
All in all the food was ok. Junkfood which could be a little more interesting / spicey...

Pros: fun place to hang out , friendly staff

Cons: noisy / loud , tastes a little boring

Great vegan fast food - Edit

First of all: The staff is very friendly. Since we didn't reserve a table (which apparently you can't for a party under 5), we were happy they found us a table. It's a restaurant with a fun atmosphere and really more for gaming & co, but if you're into vegan fast food then this is a place for you too! The vegan hot dog is good, also the presentation of each dish is really nice.
