Very Deutsche brötchen - Edit
German sandwiches with tofu, grilled onion, sauce and such. I like it because it's a vegan stand right in city center at the most famous market of the city, not because it's a culinary masterpiece. Still, good snack :-)

Für meinen Geschmack ist es ein bisschen seltsam, dass zu jedem Gericht Harissa gegeben wird, aber kann man ja zum Glück abbestellen.
Mit Essiggürkle, Ketchup und Senf hat mir mein Weckle ausgezeichnet geschmeckt☺️.
Samstags muss man sich auf eine etwas längere Schlange einstellen.

Yay for the German Curry Wurst Experience - Edit
I never had “traditional” curry wurst, so I don’t know how to compare it, but it was good. Maybe a little mild, but overall I liked it. I was super happy that after a long time in Germany, I could finally try the famous curry wurst, the vegan way!

Ich hatte den Tofu-Knacker im Brötchen mit Zwiebeln und scharfer Soße und war positiv überrascht. Ich mag zwar Tofu, aber Tofuwürstchen haben mir bisher nicht geschmeckt und das war hier anders. Eine cooler kleiner Food-Truck, den ich wieder aufsuchen würde.

Einfach grandios, dass es hier einen veganen Stand gibt mit Tofu-Würsten. Soweit ich weiß sind die alle von Taifun (wer die Marke kennt, weiß, was einen erwartet) Lecker und echt besonders. Wir brauchen mehr davon in Deutschland!

We were all very happy with our lunch here. The currywurst could be served gluten free (they had some chickpea crackers instead of the bread on the side). My daughter said that the tofu in pita bread was great. They seem to use only Taifun products which are all organic.
