Authentic Italian ice/coffee/pastry - Edit
One of the few authentic ice-cream places left in Amsterdam and very well located at the Nieuwmarkt. Excellent quality, friendly staff. Most ice is vegan (sorbet) and 2 creamy: no-milk dark chocolate & soy ginger. They have a lucrative 10-strips card for regulars :)
Tofani is one of the few authentic places in an area full of lousy tourist Nutella-wafle like shops. Quality can survive?
Pros: Quality, Terras with view on channel, Open 'till midnight
Cons: Cars passing (mainy taxis)
