You won’t have trouble finding vegan options at this Mexican chain restaurant. They have a vegan section on their menu and have vegan protein (vegan adobo, picadillo and vegan chick’n) and vegan cheese substitutions on other menu items by request. I recommend coming on Taco Tuesdays to get the best deal on tacos and margaritas.

Very pleasant spot in upscale mall with at least two stores selling sustainable/organic clothing. Restaurant has numerous dishes that can be made vegan with tofu and veg meat options. Organic, as well.

As a vegan going to a fast casual restaurant that serves meat, this is about the best it gets. Almost everything on the menu can be made vegan, and deliciously so. When selecting a dish, you can choose tofu or a vegan “meat” option as well as vegan (or no) cheese. Most of the appetizers are or can be made vegan too. They have a large selection of tacos with different sauces and vegetables, bowls, and burritos including a very tasty gluten free one. You can expect to spend about $10-20 per meal.

Most of their offerings are vegan unless made otherwise. They have two types of vegan cheeses, both of which are really good. I really liked the tortilla soup and the sweet corn tamales, and I look forward to trying more of their menu. The vegan churro ice cream sandwich is calling to me...
