〇Passionfruit White Chocolate Cube Croissant ($8.95)
Read more〇 Ice Raspberry Matcha ($8.95)
✨Review✨
A vegan bakery I had been wanting to visit for so long! 🥐✨ It was packed with customers, so it’s clearly a local favorite!
Honestly, if you didn’t know it was all vegan, you probably wouldn’t even notice because there are no big signs advertising it. I bet lots of people enjoy it without realizing! 🌱 The quality is seriously incredible.🤩
I finally tried the Passionfruit White Chocolate Cube Croissant, and it absolutely lived up to the hype!🤍 The croissant has so many delicate layers with a soft, fluffy center filled with creamy filling. The sweet and tangy passionfruit flavor is so refreshing and perfect for summer!☀️ It’s a limited time pastry, so don’t miss it!!!!
I also had the Iced Raspberry Matcha. 🍵💓 The matcha isn’t too strong, which lets the bright raspberry flavor and the creamy plant milk shine. It makes for such a refreshing and delicious latte!
The display case was filled with beautiful cakes and pastries that looked like sparkling jewels. 💎✨ The bakery itself is bright, spotless, and has a huge window where you can watch the pastries being made. There’s even a cozy corner where kids can read books! 📚 They also have both indoor seating and a lovely outdoor patio.
I can’t recommend this place enough! 🌟🤍

July 2026: This cafe never disappoints… I enjoyed a soy latte and toasted sausage & egg breakfast sandwich for brunch, and purchased a Passionfruit cube croissant to go.

I was so excited to visit Erin Ireland’s all vegan bakery! Her ‘To Live For’ products have always been amazing and I wasn’t disappointed by the variety and quality of baked goods in the new cafe.
We left with carrot cake, cinnamon bun, chocolate hazelnut mousse cake and breakfast sandwiches. All were delicious, and at what I thought was a reasonable price.
I liked the location and found parking easily nearby (although we made the drive early to beat the weekend line ups)!

Delicious breakfast and pastries - Edit
Delicious breakfast sandwiches, coffees and pastries. The breakfast sandwiches were so good and feeling. We ate some poppy seeds bread samples, a banana bread, a cinnamon bun, a blueberry scone and a chocolate cookie. Everything was good but thr poppy seeds bread, the cinnamon bun and the cookie were something else! The only downsides are that its really far from downtown and the place is a bit small :((

To Live For is our go to whenever we are in Vancouver, and sometimes we make the drive up just to pick it up! Pretty much everything is a home run, from the pastries to savory items to drinks. Vegan messaging and cozy ambience makes it even better!!

Vegan Pastry Lovers’ Heaven -Sinfully the BEST🤩 - Edit
1st visit: We are absolutely spoiled having a vegan bakery like this one in Vancouver!!! 😍 I feel everything looks so interesting. We only tried their banana cream croissant & it was so incredible! We will return to try more. It gets pretty packed at the peak hours so go early! My 3rd visit today updates: Must try their pistachio & raspberry croissant 🥐 with rich, thick & heavy cream filling inside! 🤤 I don’t think 🤔 I’ve ever tried these two before! Truly sinfully the BEST!
Read more23rd visit: okay, you could tell I have been spending way too much time enjoying their croissants 🥐, today they have strawberry white chocolate & double baked almond croissants. BE AWARE of their croissants, it’s too good to miss it, vegan pastry foodies!!! 😃

Worth the trip - Edit
We stayed downtown but ventured to this bakery for breakfast! The breakfast sandwiches were delicious and baked goods make this a worthwhile stop a bit outside town. I wanted to try everything! We appreciated the samples available. We had the egg and sausage croissant and nibbled on carrot cake and coffee cake (all great!). Love the cake decorating display window. Good variety of baked goods. Space is a bit small and I think, popular with kiddos but it was quiet on our Monday morning.

Go here. NOW! - Edit
Wowza. I was taken here as a surprise and nearly cried at all the amazing options. Then I nearly passed out from over-eating. There is such a big array of savory and sweet options, ranging from mini cupcakes to gourmet croissant towers. I want to eat it all or die trying. It seemed like a great neighborhood hangout, with cute dogs waiting outside and blankets available for the outdoors folk.

Vancouver’s Vegan Pastry Heaven 🥐 - Edit
I absolutely loved this bakery. Their pastries are on another level—beautiful, delicate, and bursting with flavor. We tried the hot chocolate cube croissant and the cinnamon roll, and both were incredibly delicious. The croissant was flaky with the perfect amount of richness, and the cinnamon roll was soft, warm, and comforting without being overly sweet.
Read moreBut the real star was the rose chai latte. I’ve truly never had anything like it anywhere. The flavor was floral, cozy, and perfectly balanced—so unique and memorable.
The whole shop is stunning too—everything from the pastries to the drinks to the space itself is so aesthetically pleasing.

The matcha with raspberry was also amazing and the sausage roll that i took for take away, was also so good.

Good but not great - Edit
I agree with another commentator. The presentation is a 10/10. The taste is a 7/10. I got the chai cube croissant, which okay is a very Instagramable pastry, so maybe I fell for that one, but I wanted to try it. I didn't like the cream or filling, and it wasn't very flaky. I also got the breakfast sandwich with sausage. It was good, but it was definitely missing something. Some hot sauce would have bumped it up a couple of notches.

Absolutely AMAZING breakfast cafe! Would kill for! - Edit
The food here is amazing - they have vegan breakfast croissant sandwiches and a wide variety of pastries, plus standard (vegan) cafe drinks. I personally had their sausage breakfast sandwich, a pain au chocolate, their seasonal peaches and cream pastry, and a chai latte, all of which were excellent.
Read moreThe cafe is somewhat small and seemed to be very popular when I was there, making the actual restaurant quite busy and loud. Highly recommend taking food elsewhere or snagging outdoor seating if weather permits.
The staff were also very nice - when an item wasn't included on our order they just gave it to us for free instead of having us set up another purchase.
Pros: absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS food, Wide variety of pastries, Outdoor seating
Cons: Loud, crowded restaurant

Me and my partner are here on holiday and have already been twice and intend to come again before we go home. The food is brilliant and coffee is on point. Super reasonably priced too. We loved that it was animal focused too. Animal rights and welfare is unfortunately often missed in other vegan places around the globe. Keep up the good work!
