Small menu but good desserts - Edit
It’s a zero waste shop/cafe. Really nice place popular among the locals but you can find a table. Food was good, coffee is interesting (mine was salty miso), also dessert are really nice and lots of options.

Cozy café with many vegan options - Edit
There are not many places in Minsk with vegan options but Tiden is one of those few. They serve cakes which are very good (the variety changes regularly) and also a few dishes, which are very tasty as well. During the week it's possible to work there, but laptops are not allowed on weekends.
