Best cauliflower wings! - Edit
I wasn’t expecting much because it was a very stereotypical tap house, but the cauliflower wings in the buffalo sauce were the best I’ve ever had! I even verified that the batter they used was indeed VEGAN!!

Good beer, nice staff, mediocre food - Edit
Maybe I ordered wrong but I found the food here very mediocre. The buffalo cauliflower was fine, but not amazing or anything. I ordered the hummus and veggie wrap and found it sort of inedible. The wrap had the texture and temperature of something you’d buy at the airport. The filling was ok, but mostly lettuce with a tiny smear of hummus. I didn’t eat it. But the beer was good and the people were nice!
Read moreEdited to add: They have vegan cheese for pizza but when I was outside the place, two different local people went out of their way to tell me not to get the pizza because it was so bad. I did not get the pizza so I can’t confirm, but when people stop you in the street to warn against a place’s food, it is definitely worth noting!

Cauliflower tacos - Edit
The Thirsty Moose had so many vegan options. Vegan cheese for pizza, hummus, salads, burger. I had the special — cauliflower tacos. 3 tacos with spicy cauliflower, pickled onion, seasoned rice — they were more than I was expecting in the taste dept.

Pleasantly surprised - Edit
Went to this place not seeing it on happy cow. I glanced at it and saw a vegan burger and thought. Oh well. I'll deal with a burger no worries. But I was shocked to see a few different vegan options on the menu. I tried the bahn Mi. It was fine. Not much Bahn mi to me, a couple peppers on it I don't think makes it a bahn mi. The wings were pretty solid and others at my table were happy with them too! They also had vegan cheese for the pizza hut I didn't get that but it was nice to have a little bit more choice than just an impossible burger!
