Plenty of vegan friendly whiskey, but short on food - Edit
The menu changes regularly here so don’t count on what the original listing says or his place has to offer. There was nothing on the menu that was completely vegan when I visited, but a few things that didn’t take more than one alteration. The Brussels sprouts appetizer (without bacon) was as very good, I’ll be making these at home going forward. The black bean burger including the aioli was vegan, but they put grated Parmesan on my fries…yuck. There wasn’t any type of vegan friendly dessert tonight either, but they gave me a free whisky because they messed up the fries so there’s that.

Their menu changes regularly, it is best to check what is available. The black bean burger is vegetarian friendly, may be able to make a vegan option. The cauliflower wings next door at Union Station are fantastic!
