Lovely food and staff - Edit
Separate vegan menu but the regular menu also contains some veg dishes- I got the shepherds pie (vegetarian but not vegan). Really delicious!

We were in town to see a concert and worried about time, and they came round to our table to tell us that the artist we were seeing was in the restaurant herself and we could relax. Then twenty minutes later a different server came to say that she had just gotten her food to go, and did we want our check? 😂😂😂 We had a lovely dinner and did not miss a note!

Has it’s own small vegan menu including desserts. Really enjoyed it. Food was lovely and the staff all great. We went in a Monday night and it was packed so it’d be a good idea to book. Recommended.

I splurged here. They have a specific vegan menu so it is very easy to see your options. The eastern spiced mushrooms with mango dip appetizer was incredible. The wild mushroom pasta with truffle oil was very good and the affogato was interesting but tasty as well. It is pretty expensive.

Very popular place with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. You must ask for the vegan menu. I had the wild mushroom pasta, and it was delicious.

Had a great little dinner here.
Read moreStarted with Eastern Fried Mushrooms with mango dip, which was OK.
Then has the Wild Mushroom pasta with truffle oil, which was excellent and very garlicky (always a plus) and also very copious.
Finished off with the affogato, which really wasn't an affogato but a very generous helping of 3 big scoops of vegan vanilla ice cream and an espresso.
Choice of vegan wines too (ask).
Had a nice time here. Great atmosphere and lovely place.

Nice find in Letterkenny for both meat eaters and vegans - Edit
Had the salad to start and wild mushroom pasta for main. Both were very good. Loved the strong mushroom flavour in the pasta dish even though it was a bit heavy on the oil.

Read moreI had fried mushrooms to start with. (Could've eaten another portion as they we're so tasty.) I was expecting the usual boring chickpea curry for mains, but I was pleasantly surprised by the lentil / coconut curry. Really good! I will definitely make a second visit to The Yellow Pepper.
