No provision for vegans

Not helpful when you ask for a vegan menu and are told ‘we used to have one’ and are then directed to two vegetarian starters of soup (possibly vegan, possibly not) or stuffed garlic mushrooms (with garlic butter). Unsurprisingly I decided to eat elsewhere. Great hotel, pity about their restaurant.
