Newry is a bit of a wasteland when if comes to vegan options - most places have only recently learned that vegetarianism is a thing...however, The Yellow Heifer is a wee oasis. Seperate vegan menu with plenty of inventive dishes, and lovely staff who are well-trained when it comes to dietary requirements. We went recently for lunch as a mixed group of 2 vegans and 4 omnis, and most of our party ended up ordering from the vegan menu because it was all so lovely!

Really tasty and v Irish ☘️ - Edit
Really tasty food at a reasonable price for a v nice pub on a Sunday! I went with my mum who was Omni and they have a separate vegan menu and we went away both happy and full.
