New options every day!

The Weekday Cafe recently started offering vegan options on their menu and have a new Vegan Special every week. Since I started going there about a month ago, the cafe has continued to evolve every week. They offer up the Impossible Burger as a staple on their menu. Some of their recent specials are a mexican beef burrito, grilled cheese, and a buffalo chicken wrap. The portions are very good and so is the food.

Since the vegan options are new, it is advised to ensure that everything offered with the vegan option is actually vegan. The food itself will be fine as the owner and employees are diligent with what they are making. However, they may include a side of sauce out of habit that isn't actually vegan (i.e. ranch, sour cream, etc.). Just ask and they will let you know.

Keep an eye out for more great options that they will offer. The owner is very thoughtful and open to trying new, exciting options.
